What is your number 1 thought on a daily basis?
Does it change day on day, week on week or can you identify one main concern/ dominant thought/ feeling that you’ve had a while?
What you feel and think affects your reality, the environment around you and the people close to you. Your dominant thought affects how you feel, influences your perspective of the world and even more interestingly draws your future to you!
Accepted and agreed within the field of quantum physics is that parallel realities co-exist, and that one moves between parallel realities usually completely unaware. If this is the case, which reality would you like to living in?
It was a major alarm bell moment when I first realised that I was affecting my reality with my thoughts and that I could alter my reality through choosing which thoughts to ignore and which to focus on.
In that moment, I released attachment to money, income, job, home etc. and chose to focus instead on a state of peace and happiness. At that time I had a good income etc. but not the peace and happiness so I reckoned that if I got that state of being right, then everything else would by default be good!
My relationship with peace and happiness has grown deeply since and I am grateful for this simple realisation that has dramatically changed my path over the past 15 years.
More recently this year of 2018, the focus has further evolved. It was triggered by a workshop I was developing called, Invite a Miracle In!
In the run up to the workshop, one had to list the top 10 miracles they would like to invite into their life, and then sit with this list for a week editing it as more clarity arose.
I edited my list a few times and realised clearly over a few days that the one thing more than anything I was inviting in, was Bhakti Yoga consciousness 24/7!
This translates as devotional service, which for I means, being aware of the divine as I go through my day. This my number 1 relationship and focus, the feeling of which flows into everything I think, say and do. The visual I get is seeing the Divine as the top of the triangle, top of the pyramid, the light of which permeates all and after and from this, the energy flows through everything.
The great gift.
Is to remember the Divine as Number 1 rather than any person, place or thing and that remembering the divine gives stability and strength to life regardless of circumstances. Everything is the material word including people and things will come and go and thus can cause suffering! It is recognised that putting a person on a pedestal or overly focusing on a job or other material possession will deliver suffereing!
This is written about in many spiritual texts that all things in the material world, people, places, things are temporary and will come and go. In the Bible it says,
‘Unless the Lord built it, they labour in vain that build it.’
Buddha reminds us also that,
‘Attachment is the cause of all suffering.’
Attachment to anything other than the creator/ goods energy leads to distress, as everything is temporary and will naturally come and go.
In the Bhagvad Gita, Krishna tells us that to remain peaceful regardless of what we consider good or bad happening in our lives is a most wise and elevated state, and a way to do this is to focus upon devotional service to Krishna or what some might like to call God, Source, Creator, Krishna, Great Mother, love or life.
To focus on the divine gives a most uplifting feeling that brings one into the now where nothing needs to change. In this state we are inspired and guided moment by moment. The feeling also relates to the feeling of Delight which we work with in the Soul’s Goals; both a high frequency bridge to the divine. A welcomed break from the monotony of worry and fear (!) and a step into trust, and oneness with the great creator.
To focus on the divine and devotional service 24/7 may not be as easy as clicking our fingers but it does start with awareness, feeling into it and choice and we all have that power right here right now. I’m interested in finding out if this is something that interests you? How does it feel?
I may not remember 24/7! However I am enjoying the ease, grace, peace and at times fearlessness that this is bringing.. Some day I may be thoughtless! But for now I am young, and happy with the dominant thought ‘devotional service’ and what it inspires!
To finish up, I would simply encourage 1 thing here; write down your top 10 miracles /wishes that you would like to experience and give it a week to 10 days and see then what is number 1. If this feels delightful, of purpose to this world and resonates with your heart, write it down somewhere and look at it regularly. You might just grow that direction! You are a purposeful co-creator.

Food Guidelines and Suggestions for Dr Hulda Clark’s Parasite Cleanse
Welcome to this page!
As a seasoned and passionate cleanser, I love the results of cleasning and am delighted to share with you this information. This was taught to I from my teacher, Merv, in New Zealand, where I first started cleansing 15 years ago. This journey made such an impact and improvement to my wellbeing, that I decided to leave my wellpaying business role and retrain in natural health and work for Merv! I wanted to learn about it so I could share the good news and possibility of transformation with others. Depression, anxiety, lack of focus, tiredness, poor immune health, digestive issues, skin issues, poor sleep and waking up groggy are just some of the elements that a cleanse addresses. I encourage everyone to cleanse at least once a year no matter what's going on. It raises you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to a whole other level.
During this time, I have witnessed proboably close to 1000 cleanses. The information shared here is based on Dr Hulda Clark's protocol and what I was taught, experimented with, researched, observed with clients abd personally experienced. It is a simple enough approach; remove foods that feed parasites, take herbs to kill them off, and support products to elminate them from body, alkalise blood, boost energy and regenerate liver and healing. I offer in person and Skype sessions as well as healing sessions, should you like some personal support with your journey.

Recommend dietary changes:
- Eliminate sugar, honey
- Eliminate fruit
- Eliminate wheat
- Eliminate Dairy (cow products - or all I now utilise a vegan based diet while cleansing)
- Eliminate coffee/ caffeine
- Eliminate vinegar (expcet for applie cider vinegar) and yeast (includes some breads, balsamic vinegar, pickled foods)
- Eliminate white potatoes and white rice
The above foods feed parasites- so during the cleanse you are ridding them from your body by:
- Starving them by not feeding them
- Taking herbs to eliminate and cleanse them from the body.
What can you eat!?
Here’s a general list of foods that are great for you and that you can eat plentifully during the cleanse.
Go organic as much as possible for greater nutrition and purity.
Any gluten free/sugar free/dairy free bread!
Spelt bread is great.
You can buy ready made at markets/ supermarkets (aldi/tesco/superquinn...) and bake your own which you can buy in a pack at the gluten free/special dietary section of the supermarket- if you are baking your own- you can try soy milk instead of dairy. Baking my own and Soul Bakery available in some Super Values are my favourites.
Any lactose free unsweetened milk - Soy/ Almond/Hemp/ Rice milk… Use this time to try all different types of milk laternatives. Also it is easy to make your own. Make sure no added sugar or sweetener!
Stevia - buy online or from health store: This is a green leafy herb that is sweeter than sugar. It has not the same mass as sugar- which means it won’t create the same effect when baking, however, you can add it into sauces or whatever you are cooking/baking for a sweeter effect. A little goes along way- it is sweeter than sugar. It is actually good for your pancreas and doesn’t affect your blood sugar levels or feed parasites like sugar does. I do not reccomend usig much of this, but a little Stevia here and there is fine.
Herbals teas are great- green tea or mate for energy, chamomile for relaxing your digestive system and sleeping, mint for digestion, nettle for cleansing, acidic blood and painful joints. Try plenty of teas through this cleanse as they help you feel well and it’s a good time to experiment with new things.
Cheese and dairy
Instead of cow based dairy products, try going dairy free and for a vegan diet. Vegan chesses are great and surprisingly delicious! Choose organic goat products if you must, for example some goats cheese.
Meat, poulty, fish etc.
Stay away from meat completely if you can. However, I have seen many people who eat meat succeed and have a successful cleanse, so if you feel you must or that it will greatly help that is okay too. Some people may get great strength from roast chicken and salad etc. and that is okay. There is flexibility here. Here are general guidelines:
Stay away from all processed meats.
Do not eat any raw meat or fish- this is how certain parasites can enter the body.
Stick to good quality properly cooked meats, fish, chicken...
You can eat eggs if you wish on the cleanse, again go organic.
Porridge- Oats are fine, mix with non dairy milk, stevia if you like to sweeten, cinnamon
and chai spices add delicious flavour.
I love brown rice instead of oats too. It's worth cooking a decent amount of brown rice and then using in a few different meals over a few days. It is also great served cold with salad! SEE VIDEO BELOW- it may not look great but it is warming, nurturing, comforting and satisfying!
Eggs: Boiled, poached, scrambled with spelt toast.
Avocados - on spelt toast with a sprinkle of salt
Tomatoes/ cucumber, lettuce, hummus - on spelt toast with a sprinkle of salt
Try a salad at any time of say- also fantastic for breakfast - and gives the body great morning energy- that can be seen in your glow and skin.
Choose a combination of any salad foods including the above and
All green leaves
All salad food-
Grated raw carrot and raw beetroot with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Red and green peppers, slightly steamed broccoli, mixed with hummus and toasted hazelnuts.
Salad Nicoise- Lettuce leaves, olives, soft boiled eggs, flakes of hard goats cheese/ vegan cheese.
Chicken/prawn Caesar Salad. Green leaves, flakes of hard goats cheese, olive oil combined with some bbq/grilled.... prawns/ chicken/ meat.
Warm grilled Goats cheese salad- Salad leaves with some beetroot, almonds and warm grilled goats cheese..
Roasted vegetables on a bed of salad with any of the above ingredients.
Courgette, goats cheese and basil Frittata- Use some garlic when frying courgette and then remove- serve with salad.
Vegetarian Curry; put in some roasted veg or lightly chop up and cook- cauliflower, sweet potatoe, tomatoe, spinach, chickpeas… Add curry spices, coconut oil, fry together, add plenty of coconut cream and spinach for last few minutes. Serve with brown rice.
Delicious Dahl: A very important dish if you are vegetarian or vegan while on this cleanse. I once read that George Harrision said that being vegetarian is easy once you have dahl every day! I have to agree with this, it makes a big difference to my general strength and wellbeing! I like to add a few different types of lentils together, cook in veg bullion for 40 mins, light steam cauliflower for a few minutes, add curry spices, turmeric, pepper, florets of cauliflower, add either chopped tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, and in last 5 minutes organic coconut cream, and spinach. Wonderful served with brown rice or quinoa and with salad. Try some fresh lime juice on top! Delicious!
Any form of stirfry with brown rice is wonderful ,add tofu, ginger, lemon…
Quinoa cooked and then put into dish and into over with cherry tomatoes and either vegan or goats cheese served with salad.
Brown spelt spaghetti with tomatoe sauce with caluiflowers, coconut cream, veg builllion and spinach!
Brown Rice - instead of white rice
Sweet potatoes roasted in oven - instead of regular potatoes (release sugar more slowly in body)
Try quinoa- its’ a south american grain instead of rice or as another option, it’s really nice, slightly nutty like yourself and has protein in it which is great for giving you energy- can have it with stir fry or cold with salad
Check out also amaranth and buckwheat as great options to work with.
All vegetables (not too much corn or carrots as can be sweet- but a bit is fine)
Make/bake bread/ scones pizza bases etc- (Use spelt or look up gluten free, dairy free, sugar free recipes online- there are loads and try some out).
Meat/ chicken/ fish all fine- bbq or cook how you like and eat with salad/ veg/ sweet potatoes/ brown rice/ brown rice pasta...
Raw nuts might become one of your close friends;- Almonds, hazelnuts. Ideally go organic. Stay away from any old tasting nuts as they are moldy and toxic to the body!
Soak almonds overnight and take off skin the next day. Nutritional content, digestibility and satisfaction increase greatly with this. The skin on almonds is also said to be toxic, so really remove where possible!
Ryvita crackers, avocado...
Any crackers that are wheat free, sugar free and dairy free..
Almond butter- delicious.
Try Ryvita crackers with almond butter / salad/ hummus as a handy snack.
Buckwheat pancakes with savoury fillings, with fresh salad, followed buckwheat pancakes with cashew butter and cocnut cream! Delish!!
Sugar cravings and morning tonic!
Have 15 mls of apple cider vinegar in hot or cold water as a tonic each morning. Ideally start off your dad with 1 litre of warm water at least 1 hour prior to eating breakfast. Also great with lemon juice.
This also helps to sort out sugar cravings and cleanse the body.
Add cinnamon- 2 teaspoons a day to something you are eating if you like or take directly- this reduces sugar cravings massively and is good for you. Some people have even come out of Type two Diabetes by taking 1-2 teaspoon or 1-2 capsules of cinnamon a day, every day. 2 teaspoons of cinnamon in the morning are known to reduce afternoon sugar cravings.
Consider a liquid mineral supplment to reblance minerals in the body.
Organic Super greens 1 - 2 times a day, to cleanse, alkalise and energise body.
And why not add a few side dishes of...
Pray, meditate, affirm great health and enjoy! Whatever this moment is accept it. Act is as if you have chosen it. This acceptance brings peace and calm.
Try praying a prayer that makes you feel well or chanting silently, any mantra that works for you such as the Maha Mantra, ‘Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare,’
Or repeating an affirmation such as, ‘ I feel great and I am happy with the choices I am making.’
All of these practices will increase the internal potency of light, give you extra strength to continue and bring you right into the here and now.

Clear your space
“What you don´t have you don't need somehow, what you don´t have you don't need it now”. Bono, U2
Energy is fluid and naturally flows to us and from us. Sometimes we allow ourselves to be in the flow and sometimes we hold on, materially, physically and emotionally. By letting go of what we no longer require or benefit from and likewise allowing yourself to receive what is being offered, we realign with the flow.
The basis of the flow:
- Enjoy, use and grow what you have,
- Release, give away or dispose of what you do not need, enjoy,
- Receive openly that which is being offered that works for you.
When you meet someone who is looking for what you have and you don’t need it, offer it, and in practice releasing what you no longer need. The universe is a glorious union, a flow made of up lots of cells like the human body each different, unique, but part of the one flowing system. The natural flow brings to people what they need. You are a channel for life when the flow moves more freely through you. Things will come to you as you need them, and sometimes even in advance. Sometimes you’ll be the receiver and sometimes you’ll be the giver.
If you haven’t already done so recently, it is time to clear out your home. Starting with the bedroom, go through closets, drawers, cupboards… Empty each area at a time. Fix or dispose of anything broken or that doesn’t make you feel good and get rid of everything you no longer need or use.
Have 4 bags;
- For giving to friends and family
- For charity
- For selling
- For recycling/ disposal.
Also feel free to sell anything you wish, it does not have to be given away! This approach will clear many unnecessary things from your life.
Your mind will become clearer and brighter. Things you’ve been holding on to but no longer need or like also symbolise mental and emotional weights you are unnecessarily carrying.
With each material object you dispense of you will feel emotionally and mentally lighter.
With each area you tidy your mind will also feel lighter and function more clearly. Your mood will lighten.
Give yourself 1 -2 weeks for each room. Aim to enjoy the process.
You will find the opportunity to gift things you no longer require. When you release that which you no longer require, you create space. The universe is organised in a manner that it likes to fill space and will send more to you, what is sent to you now though will be more in alignment with who you currently are and not the old you.
If no one else has use for it, it is okay to recycle or dispose of it as rubbish. Consciously give it back to the universe with gratitude.
Your eyes, mind and heart will be more peaceful when there is tidiness and space surrounding you.
Make a plan now. Visualise it in your mind; the parts of the house, black sacks, emptying, tidying, and see the end result nice clear space that feels great.
Now you are ready to start! And when you get rid of the old stuff, remember new stuff more fitting for you will find a way to you. Below is a chart that can help.
Clear spaces, then maintain every 6 months for peaceful living.
Enjoy the pleasure of the journey and tick as you complete each area.

I recently started on another cleanse. as this stage they are like second nature and not being on a cleanse has come more of a novelty than being on a cleanse! I love feeling well and it just becomes a natural happy way of life after a while. But I also enjoy throwing it all up in the air every now and then and seeing how things settle. Regularly at least twice a year I get the calling and so here I am again: Entering cleanse time!
My normal cleanse routine is written about a fair bit on this website. It includes taking the herbs as recommended by Dr Hulda Clark; wormwood, cloves and walnut hull tincture and two amino acids which support energy, rest and rejuvenation. These are taken for 4 -6 weeks in association with an alternative diet. The diet requires no sugar, dairy, wheat, white potatoes, white rice, yeast, mushrooms, fruit and honey.
This time I'm designing a cleanse to suit my needs. The first question I asked myself yesterday was,
Why am I doing/committing to this cleanse?
For everyone the answer is different and there is no right or wrong, but I believe the answer is essential for finding one's motivation and to help enjoy the experience as much as possible.
I am doing this cleanse as I feel these practices will bring out the best in me and support a leap in awareness and reality that I feel is being offered to everyone this month. Do I have to give up sugar to do this? I hear myself ask. No I don't have to, but it will help take me to the next level in a good way - I can just feel it, so let's give it a go!
Here is what I feel excited and guided to do. Daily I will:
- Be/ Walk/ rum/ play in nature for 1 hours

Mid month feedback:
So today is the 13th and here is a bit of feedback for you. Giving up sugar has been great, it's not been that difficult (due to honey and fruit) and today I feel very well. Any discipline may take a few days or weeks to adapt to. I am loving the hour in nature each day. My center feels settled and I can return to feel this with greater ease. My mind feels sharper, energy level higher, emotional state today is excellent- peaceful, happy and content. I've been enjoying my special super tonic every morning- will blog on that next. Cut down on quantity of food (naturally) and joyful that there are another few weeks to see what happens. Maybe i'll even finish the project I'm working on!?

Some people have asked about my personal cleansing approach. What i share here is what i have seen work in many cases and how I started cleansing. When I cleanse now however, my diet is vegan and even when i am not cleansing it is still mostly this way, this is a person choice that has evolved over time. I wish you happiness and success with your health and cleansing.
I find on the cleanse, that initially it may take 3 -7 days to make a successful food transition. Even with the best of intentions I may find myself about to put some cake in my mouth within in the first few days and also within reason, pre-cleanse, I like to use up what is in the fridge/ cupboard and not let food go to waste. Sometimes when I start cleansing I may eat more regularly depending on how I feel, such as when younger and more active, I used to eat 5 meals a day when cleansing! Ideally, do not eat late at night or if you do make it something like cucumber. The idea of breakfast to break - the - fast, so some form of stomach emptying is highly beneficial for your own healing. Don't go to bed starving! But a large decent breakfast will support you much more than a late night meal.
Quantity is not such a big deal and five meals a day plus snacks is fine if you feel you need it to survive! Likewiise sometimes the body cuts right down and desires very little food. I trust my body to inform me of what I require. Ask and listen! I also keep an eye on things and ensure I am supplying enough food to support the energy output required.
Be organised, stock up on nice healthy food, make good decent meals and bring nibbles or food with you if you are heading out for a while so you don't get stuck, e.g. nuts such as almonds (raw) seeds such as organic pumpkin and sunflower seeds, brown rice cakes, cucumber, celery or ryvita and hummus... Most people find they eat better on a cleanse than ever before! In this instance your food really does become your medicine.
I've seen hundreds of people go through this cleanse and one thing I've learned is that the best results come from those who are strict to the core with the diet and the taking of the herbs. If you are going to do it, do it properly. On a more compassionate note, if you do slip up, don't give up! Get back on and keep going. Every day is a new day. In the past I slipped up but continued anyhow and then the next cleanse I did 6 months later was much easier as my mind was clearer in that I wished to experience (out of curiosity as much as anything else) the best result possible.

- Taking amino acids to help the body rebuild and have energy.
The big important question! What can you eat!?
Here’s a general list of foods that are great for you and that you can eat plentifully during the cleanse:
I've included meat/ fish/ goats products/ eggs as have seen many achieve successful results while still eating these foods. It is a personal decision though, if eating these foods helps you, that is fine. Likewise a vegan based approach will exclude all of these, is good for the environment, world and your body. Enter the cleanse at where it feels right to you. Make this one as easy as possible and then in 6 months or 1 year when you are ready for another, step it up a gear if you wish. Whatever appraoch you use and expecially if it is vegan, ensure that you have plenty of good oils in your intake. These include coconut oil, olive oil, avocados and flaxseed oil. At present I am going vegan when I cleanse and also do not include onion or garlic.
Bread/sugar free/dairy free bread!
Spelt bread is great. Soul bakery make a brown spelt and white spelt bread which you can use, cost €3.99. Available in Super Value, Dunnes around Ireland as well as other shops. This is a usual in my diet though I must admit I always toast it as I think it tastes better (with avocado/ hummus or coconut oil with a sprinkle of sea salt which acts as a wonderful butter replacement). This does have gluten but is wheat free.
Many farmers markets and other shops also supply various non wheat breads.
Bake your own which you can buy in a pack at the gluten free/special dietary section of the supermarket- if you are baking your own- you can try soy/almond/coconut/goatmilk instead of dairy. Although spelt has some gluten it is minimal and the body can usually deal with it quite easily.
Whatever bread you go for just remember that it is to be wheat free/ dairy free and sugar free!
Any lactose free milk - Soy Milk/ Almond milk/Rice milk. I tend to vary my milk supply each week depending on what calls me. Ensure you choose “unsweetened” as there can be a lot of sugar and sweeteners added to some milks. I particularly like “unsweetened” Almond Milk these days.

Simply come off all dairy, and instead go for vegan cheese such as violife, available from health stores.
If you love dairy though and would rather stay on it, it is essential to give up cow dairy products, but you may be able to take some goat’s milk products.
There is a great range of goat’s cheeses available, including hard cheeses, feta, soft cheese and so on, (from lidl, supervalue, dunnes, farmers markets…) It can be lovely with some toasted spelt bread, with some coconut oil spread on it, and tomatoe, heated as a toasted sandwich, then before serving add some fresh sliced cucumber and or spinach leaves for a healthy and tasty snack. Just a little.
Breakfast Ideas and Snacks:
- Porridge- Oats are fine, mix with non-dairy milk, cinnamon, cloves and chai spices add delicious flavour.
- Nonsweetened millet puffs, brown rice puffs or spelt puffs (from health store) with almond milk- very tasty
- Scrambled eggs on spelt toast
- Brown spelt bread toasted with coconut oil, organic spinach, cucumber and vegan cheese on top with herbal tea
- Avocado on ryvita crackers, sliced tomatoes on toast with spinach and goats chese
- Spelt pancakes, fresh salad...

Salad Nicoise- Lettuce leaves, olives, soft boiled eggs, flakes goat cheese.
Chicken/prawn/tofu caesar salad. Green leaves, flakes of hard goats cheese, olive oil combined with some bbq/grilled.... prawns/ chicken or tofu.
Warm grilled goats cheese salad- Salad leaves with some beetroot, almonds and warm grilled goats cheese.
Walnut, avocado and goats cheese ( or vegan cheese) salad; green leaves, have an avocado, lots of walnuts, and warm grilled goats cheese ( or ceubed vegan cheese) and lots of fresh leaves.
Roasted vegetables on a bed of salad with any of the above ingredients.
Courgette, goats cheese and basil Frittata- Use some garlic/ onion ( if you wish) when frying courgette- delicious with salad.
Brown Rice - instead of white rice
Sweet potatoes - Very tasty cut into wedges and baked in the over, they take a while to cook but taste sensational. Not for everyday but can have twice a week or so. Instead of regular potatoes. If you must eat a regular potato, the best way is baked in the oven as it releases less sugar into the system.
All vegetables (not too much corn or carrots as can be sweet- but a bit is fine)
Make/bake bread/ scones/ pizza bases etc- (Use spelt or look up gluten free, dairy free, sugar free recipes online- there are loads, sure try some out).
Meat/ chicken/ fish/ Tofu (if you eat them!) all fine- bbq or cook how you like and eat with salad/ veg/ sweet potatoes/ brown rice/
Instead of regular pasta, eat brown rice pasta/ vegetable pasta/ spelt pasta... Very tasty
Mix “Braggs amino spray”(from the store), add broccoli, chopped up mushrooms (rehydrated dehydrated shitake for extra benefits), add half a cup of hot water mixed with a teaspoon bullion, add salt and pepper, served on a bed of spelt pasta with grated or flakes of goats/ vegan cheese.
Vegan curry with lots of veg, lots of good quality coconut cream and spices on a bed of brown rice/ quinoa. Get's better day on day so make a great amount and use for a few days or freeze!
Try quinoa- its’ a South American grain instead of rice or as another option- instead of couscous- it’s really nice, slightly nutty like yourself and has protein in it which is great for giving you energy- can have it with stir fry or cold with salad. Try cooking it in vegetable stock (bouillon) or season well as it carries flavor nicely.
Try beans! Butter bean, kidney beans... these add sweetness to dishes and are a greatsource of protein.
Lentils. Try Dahl! I love dahl, lentil based indian dish. Wonderful on a bed of brown rice. Mix lentils, wil carrots and even some sweet potatoe and tomatoes (if you like) with some spices. Delicious!
Soups are also a great source of nourishment. One of my favourites is butternut squash, roasted, then mixed with chilli, veg bouillion and coconut cream! Yum!
Raw nuts might become one of your close friends;- Almonds, hazelnuts (go organic if you can, otherwise, Aldi provide affordable options). Stay away from roasted, heavily salted and moldy nuts! Also most advise to staty away from peanuts!
Ryvita crackers, avocado...
Any crackers that are wheat free, sugar free and dairy free. – Ryvita is the main one.
Almond and all nut butters are delicious ( go organic - health stores sell a large organic alm butter at quite good value).
Coconut oil- again available in Dunnes, and Super Value and health stores,- use instead of butter. Very nice with a sprinkle of salt on crackers or toast.
Try rice cake with coconut oil with avocado and sprinkle of salt and pepper for yummy tasty treat.
Sugar: 1 -2 teaspoons of cinnamon daily and or/ 15 mls of apple cider vinegar in hot or cold water also helps to sort out sugar cravings and cleanse your body. Also supplement with extra fish oil/ flaxseed oil – (3 – 4 capsules daily). Some people have even come out of Type two Diabetes this way.
Cornucopia Restaurant in South Wicklow street caters specifically for this type of food. It is a vegetarian restaurant has all the foods marked dairy free/ sugar free…etc. It has one of the tastiest fresh salad selections in Ireland and over all delicious food and cakes. A nice tofu salad in yammamouri is also quite super delicious. Japanese food can make it quite easy to abide by these food guidelines too.
