Harmony

Meditation

Harmony exists in the now in every moment, and can be tapped into at any time regardless of what is going on. Next time you find yourself experiencing a challenge, ask yourself,

“Where is the harmony now?”

Feel for it and allow it to guide you. Harmony is a healthy focus and a super guide. Sometimes one can feel it but is too lazy or busy to go with it. Discovering and moving with your own internal rhythm and timing is central to exploring and experiencing harmony.

Being in harmony with yourself; you speak truth, love easily and exist peacefully. 

The dominant vibration one holds is how one feels and what one attracts, i.e. if one breathes harmoniously, one will automatically feel more harmony and circumstances will occur more harmoniously in their life. In this modern, busy world, harmony is definitely more a choice than something one accidentally falls into. 

When one feels stuck in life it is often due to their inner GPS being set to drama, sadness, anger, self-pity or a myriad of other unhelpful vibrations!. Try shifting your central core feeling to harmony today and see how your day unfolds. Focus on it strongly for a few minutes to really conenct with it then continue with your day. When you remember, take 3 harmonious breaths in a row. 

One has the power to alter one’s vibration at any time. By focusing upon harmonious breathing, one accepts what is as is and one’s reality alters.

Many people especially those who regularly meditate are able to alter their vibration at will. The feelings you focus on in meditation will be reflected back to you throughout the day, in this case, harmony will be reflected back to you through harmonious feelings and experiences. A worth enough reason to focus upon it for 3 minutes+!

The more harmonious the breath, the more harmonious you’ll feel and regardless of reality, you'll perceive it from a more harmonious place.

Considerations.

Questions that can help to favourably open up the mind:

 

I wonder how today will go if it is delightful from this minute onwards to the second I fall asleep?

I wonder how tomorrow would be if I wake up feeling delight, have an amazing, satisfying and delightful day, and then fall to sleep feeling delight?

 

Often asking this question heralds a wave of joy for the day ahead and following days ahead! 

 

The master and leader of your destiny is arising within you. You are a master, awakening as a veil of illusion is evaporating.

You can observe yourself more clearly and realise how powerful you are in creating your reality.

What if life is a self-fulfilling prophecy and you are the one prophesizing!?

This is worth some serious consideration. What do you ponder? Imagine? Self-prophesize? Bring harmony in and see what that tells you and delivers.

In this new paradigm, we take the perspective that there are no problems. Anything that used to be considered a problem is now an opportunity. List here any old problems (left column) that are now being seen as opportunities (right column). This can help one release old patterns and shift to delight!

Problem – What are you running away from?

Opportunity –Seeing harmony in it and realising the gift of the situation

Step 1 in Waking up the Inner Hero

Clear your space

“What you don´t have you don't need somehow, what you don´t have you don't need it now”. Bono, U2

Energy is fluid and naturally flows to us and from us. Sometimes we allow ourselves to be in the flow and sometimes we hold on, materially, physically and emotionally. By letting go of what we no longer require or benefit from and likewise allowing yourself to receive what is being offered, we realign with the flow.

The basis of the flow:

  • Enjoy, use and grow what you have,
  • Release, give away or dispose of what you do not need, enjoy,
  • Receive openly that which is being offered that works for you.

When you meet someone who is looking for what you have and you don’t need it, offer it, and in practice releasing what you no longer need. The universe is a glorious union, a flow made of up lots of cells like the human body each different, unique, but part of the one flowing system. The natural flow brings to people what they need. You are a channel for life when the flow moves more freely through you. Things will come to you as you need them, and sometimes even in advance. Sometimes you’ll be the receiver and sometimes you’ll be the giver. 

If you haven’t already done so recently, it is time to clear out your home. Starting with the bedroom, go through closets, drawers, cupboards… Empty each area at a time.  Fix or dispose of anything broken or that doesn’t make you feel good and get rid of everything you no longer need or use.  

Have 4 bags;      

  • For giving to friends and family
  • For charity
  • For selling
  • For recycling/ disposal.

Also feel free to sell anything you wish, it does not have to be given away! This approach will clear many unnecessary things from your life.

Your mind will become clearer and brighter. Things you’ve been holding on to but no longer need or like also symbolise mental and emotional weights you are unnecessarily carrying.

With each material object you dispense of you will feel emotionally and mentally lighter.

With each area you tidy your mind will also feel lighter and function more clearly. Your mood will lighten. Inner Hero

Give yourself 1 -2 weeks for each room. Aim to enjoy the process.

You will find the opportunity to gift things you no longer require. When you release that which you no longer require, you create space. The universe is organised in a manner that it likes to fill space and will send more to you, what is sent to you now though will be more in alignment with who you currently are and not the old you.

If no one else has use for it, it is okay to recycle or dispose of it as rubbish. Consciously give it back to the universe with gratitude.

Your eyes, mind and heart will be more peaceful when there is tidiness and space surrounding you.

Make a plan now. Visualise it in your mind; the parts of the house, black sacks, emptying, tidying, and see the end result nice clear space that feels great.

Now you are ready to start! And when you get rid of the old stuff, remember new stuff more fitting for you will find a way to you. Below is a chart that can help.

Clear spaces, then maintain every 6 months for peaceful living. 

Enjoy the pleasure of the journey and tick as you complete each area.

Nothingness and Oneness

Giving up identity and being nothing for a while!

Our identity includes self-importance as much as lack of self-belief, ‘I’m useless at x,’ and I've come to observe how my moments improve greatly when I drop it and step into being nothing! My voice sounds better, I'm less scared(if I'm scared!) and freer to dance and be in the present moment.

Giving up “good” and “bad” and replacing it with oneness is part of the leap in evolution that we are experiencing and it is so wonderfully liberating.

Within cosmic oneness our consciousness can metamorphose into being everything and nothing. Indeed we are the space in which consciousness itself arises and all exists. The cosmic mind is limitless, and gratitude, compassion, love and delight are gateways to bathe in and merge with this beautiful blissful state.

Whatever we were told you were e.g. pretty, ugly, strong, weak, good writer, sexy, strange, emotional, fun... are just aspects of being and perhaps of what we have experienced. In the big picture, let's remember that we are everything and nothing on a journey of experiences and consciousness. We are limitless and have the potential to experience so many things depending upon our focus. There is no need any longer to limit oneself to an identity created from past experiences.

One’s ultimate role I feel is to observe and allow the light to be. Look around, observe the light in the now. We have got to give up focusing upon our addictions and aversions for a moment for this to occur. Just drop them to the side for a moment and see where the light actually is. It will always draw us to that which is beneficial for us. Our focus upon it will cause it to grow in our life and thus we will notice it more and more.  

A favourite game

Is to take time regularly to do nothing! If you haven't in a while, please consider inviting yourself now to give this a go for 5 - 15 minutes. In the space of nothing, something will arise. We listen, observe and allow this to guide. If there is a season for nothing, it must be winter, the season of the northern hemisphere.Just look at nature. This is the season for nothing; Winter is perfect for taking it easy, slowness and deep rest and silent rejuvination. Of course there is time in every season and day for this, but especially now if you are in the northern hemisphere,  it is to be honoured and enjoyed!

The state of Oneness is a state of love, but this can also be described as nothingness, which in a way means beyond the ego.

As we identify with the one love that exists within us, in all living beings, and in the space, we naturally realize our connection with everyone and everything. Magnificent joy and satisfaction arise as the distance between oneself and another evaporates!

Ultimately one is being the true self as one becomes completely open to the now and flow of spirit. In this state, there is no chasing after or running away from anything, there is no limiting ego identity dictating how one is, one simply “is.”

This “being nobody or nothing” is extremely liberating as we are no longer limited by beliefs or thoughts. However, the journey to “becoming nothing” is dependent upon a foundation of loving wholeness of self-acceptance. It has been my experience that self-love and love for life, that is the natural bestowing and receiving of love, are as essential as breathing for this state to occur. Being nothing enables what truly is,beyond the busy mind and limited beliefs of human being to arise. It invites the love and power of life to communicate with us, be us, move through us and shape us. In 2017 I have some great visions and wonderful work projects to focus on, but when I'm not working, I plan on doing nothing more! To the fun of life, being nothing and allowing the love of the universe to guide and move through us, I wish  this for the lightworkers of the world. I bow, salute and send you love.

If you are eager to experience more

Consider taking time each day to do nothing- and see what arises over the next few days and weeks. Meditate, walk in nature in nature, draw pictures, play music and see what happens. Create this empty space where ideas can arise in the moment and be fulfilled. It is great if you have a few hours, but 3 minutes is even effective. If it is uncomfortable, be willing to feel the pain. Welcome it in. See if it has a gift or insight for you. Starting writing and see what comes to you. Breathe deeply and calmly. The soul can unknot any imbalance in the energy body this way, and bring information to your awareness. The pain is energy and with slow calm breathing it can often come back into harmony. Feel free to contact a healer, councillor, therapist if you feel you would benefit from professional support. That’s why we are here! We are here for each other :)

Birthday musings

It’s been an emotional time meeting my birthday this year. And I understand why, I feel fucking amazing! So much focus on turning 40. The last time I remember this much emotion about a birthday was turning 30 when I had a 3 week sad lull at my age and achievements! Jeez it can be tough growing up! 

As I headed towards this day the past few months I have felt an inner strength growing and my feet feeling more and more connected and supported by this beautiful planet. I feel like many parts of me are coming together, the full package is here! All the ingredients have steadily been assembled over the past 40 years and now I am fully standing here smiling, easy, likes it’s taken 40 years for an explosion to occur. I‘ve watched slowly and felt the pain of being blown apart and the beauty of coming back together again. Now I feel together, still human, still feeling emotions but together, and this is great! 

The aging thing is mostly fine, but where did that time go!? Most people around me have a partner and children. I guess I would not have experienced what I have if I had.

And that is the big one I have found at this precious age. The pain of being the woman without child or partner.  Of course I’ve had a partner, even a few! I also feel deep within a mother though I have no children of my own.

To be honest I felt an incredible sadness about this the day after my birthday and it surprised me. I am a happy woman, surely that is the point, if there is a point, which I’m beginning to think there is not, but if there was a point would it not be about quality of life rather than the children and partner checklist!?

To pine after what we don’t have is so not interesting. It feels not only a waste of energy but also boring and insulting to life that gifts us so much every day. Though sometimes I know it can feel so hard. I used to visit a friend who spent most of the time of our visit complaining no-one cared about them. They seemed oblivious to the fact they had someone who cared front of them. You know what I mean?

I’ve learned a lot about happiness and have worked with it on many levels the past 14 years.  It led me to make my first ever real choice. 13 years ago I made a choice to be happy. I was feeling depressed, living in New Zealand at what should have been the happiest time of my life, great home, great location, great partner, basically had everything going for me…except a dark cloud! I was so busy doing what I thought were the right things to do, I had not ever stopped to ask myself really deep questions of what I personally wanted from life. And that’s where so much changed. The first choice I made back then was to be happy, how funny a well educated young woman had not realised till the depth of sadness was visited that happiness was a choice and that she had had power at the click of her fingers to make that choice! On wards it went as I moved through so many wonderfully amazing experiences while learning to navigate deep sad soul wrenching sadness! It took 5 years of intense self-work and cleansing on many levels to heal and stabalise myself in peace from that moment, though like Irish weather there were intermittent beautiful sunny spells in between thankfully. This is the standard story of most healers/artists, the shell(ego) has to crack for light to come through. 

In the Chinese 5 elements  we continually move through each element, all of life being composed of continuous cycles, short and long. So staying stagnant is never the way! Moving through, embracing change and however you feel is the way. Use these feelings, they have power!

To the timeless mind this way feels like an amazing journey and opportunity into wholeness.

Each of us are experiencing different aspects of the evolution of man, this is my journey.

So here I am; strong, knowing yet vulnerable, happy yet sometimes weary! Spiritual awakenings and energetic shifts can take time to integrate. It’s not a race but I‘ve learned it helps to have a purpose to each morning’s beginning. This is why I have spent years developing healing sessions, Meditation techniques and The Soul’s Goals Books to help other’s going through this shift. 

Being 40 is cool. I feel like being more public with my work and sharing more openly. I welcome this and feel like there is such a magnificent path ahead. May we all find our magnificent paths regardless of money, children, partner or other outer details. May we touch and locate this true inner richness, the light, the inner spark and share it with each other, for is that not why we are here, for each other to raise ourselves and each other up? To enjoy connection with all? Time has taught me much. I have loved deeply and hurt deeply. I have journeyed in self-awareness and into the presence and realisation of Divinity and continue to. There is so much love, understanding, compassion, depth and more. I discovered the inner flame and integrated it through my entire being. Yes it’s taken a while but God is it powerful! And watch out because I’m going to use it! Remember evaluating your life on a Disney movie or someone else’s vision is bad for your health! There are no rules and we decide our own value! You are so valuable and wonderful, trust me. Do you love yourself as much as the most beautiful starry night!? Nice! We are here for each other. Let’s keep smiling and raising each other up.  Xx

Moving more towards love

Collaborating with Love may not be easy but can work WONDERS! 

It shifts us from 'me me me' to serving and serving is definitely a way to being in the flow. We are here for each other and to serve and support each other and when we head away from that the ride is not so smooth.

There is a flow and it impulses us to give and receive so that the flow can move through all. It has no hands except for ours and so impulses us to share and recieve in certain moments.

When this inner awareness is awake, life flows effortlessly! When we ignore it though the rides seems to get bumpy and it becomes harder to recognize it.

Collaborating and surrendering to love also enables us to break out of sticky patterns of behavior and conditioning to free flow in the now with higher consciousness. Yes our identity changes, in a good way. We don't have to be the way our parents were, or soceity were or how we used to be, instead we can use this guide to rewrite our software anew and thus direct our lives into greater harmony.

It also reflects the shift in consciousness that we as a group are experiencing;

that we are separate, many billions of different people with different thoughts and conditioning running around the planet in a bit of a chaotic, competitive and destructive manner

to 

considering that we are all part of one being.

There is a higher consciousness that can be picked up by all minds, like a radio station that can be heard as one steps out of 'me me me' to lovingly serving. It is up to each individual to voluntarily choose to align with this loving consciousness wavelength, and give and receive as it lovingly impulses us to do so. The more we listen the easier it is to hear and feel it. The less we follow it, often the harder it is to hear it. 

How do you know if you are in the mind or in the energy of love?

couple love water    Are you are thinking a lot? Naming things right and wrong? Is the mind feeling tired and irritated? You might be stuck in the head and benefit from moving focus to the heart space. How do we move into the heart space? There are many ways. One is to do more of what you love. Another is to choose to collaborate with love.

Literally focus on your heart. You can also affirm and feel, 'I am love,' and consciously choose to collaborate with love in your reality. Return to this choice and feeling regularly during the day and see how things unfold, If you exercise/dance/ cook focus on it and see how it feels. What would love like to say through you? To whom? What actions does it inspire in you? Does it inspire to give something to someone? To receive something graciously!?

The mind relaxes when I choose love and feel love in the mind! The mind is actually a servant of the heart. Trouble arises when the mind thinks that it is in control and has to maintain control. It is not able to do this and stress arises. It is a natural evolution for all to align more and more with love consciousness. 

If the mind is getting angry/ going crazy/too active for comfort, it is highly recommend to practice the above for 3 minutes or even 3 breaths at a time. Feel love in your heart. Love the mind, affirm 'I am love,' and see what happen!

A big thank you to all who attended the most recent Soul's Goals Level 1+2 workshop on Saturday 30th at Tulfarris. We had a blast, but also a deep and powerful connection and transformative journey. 

As a result we are running another workshop over three evenings in Dublin. It runs fortnightly on Wednesday evenings from this Wednesday the 10th of Feb, and then again on the 24th and on the 9th of April. We would love to bring together a small group of people to work together through The Soul's Goals Level 1 and 2.

This workshops is enough to make a real difference. It can be life changing and is definitely life-enhancing.

In addition there will be an option to advance to Level 3 and beyond for those interested who like the work and really wish to super charge their journey.

If you are in any way a sensitive person, you may have been feeling quite thrown around energetically in recent weeks. keep calm and breathe just breathe 2

The intense shifts of energy on planet Earth have been clearing people's energy shields and resetting their patterned behavior and ways of being. Has this happened to you? Have you experienced big changes recently? Have you felt lost, stressed or unsure of what is happening? 

The changes that are happening at this time are for the higher good. The earth and all beings on it are going through a shift in evolution and that includes you and I. At whatever level this is affecting you, know that it is here to help you and to lighten your life.

Many people are being affected in different ways; some feel like their life is falling apart, and are fighting and resisting the change. Others feel like they couldn't care less! Many are tired, that is common right now, so just rest or let it go and get on with it!

The thing which makes an incredible difference at this time is breathing.

Yes simple pure breathing. I, like many people bring awareness into breathing, through meditation, first thing in the morning, last thing at night and now mostly throughout the day as we go about regular living. This simple change will alter your perspective and your feelings which will alter your entire take on life.

It will put you in touch with a gentle peacefulness that pervades even the most challenging of circumstances. Your presence will be more present than any outer circumstances. This is a great form of inner liberation and expansion of heaven on earth.

We are not alone, we are greatly supported by guides, angels and more. Call out for that for which you wish to receive help with. You will be heard and supported. Be clear. Awareness of breathing is like working out a muscle, start easy and it will naturally develop the more you practice. There is a whole book on meditation that will be released this year, there are so many pointers and things to share, but firstly, here is simple method of developing breath awareness. There could be many ways to do this, and I am not going to tell you that my way is right and someone else's is wrong! This is the way that works for me and I am happy to share it with you. It's a bit like brushing your hair, at first don't be surprised if it takes 10 minutes of brushing to become smooth and easy. Stay at it for 10 minutes. Set an alarm, close your eyes and go for it. Your whole soul is here, wouldn't it be nice to increase your soul presence for yourself and this planet!? Well this is definitely a way to go about doing that. Inhabiting the present moment:

Meditation can take place in many forms; from singing, dancing, walking, sitting silently, chanting or even knitting. Whatever form one is drawn to, the experience is similar; it shifts one’s brain from regular thinking to being fully in the present moment. This total presence is what many crave in the modern world but do not know how to access. One may try many things such as food, alcohol and shopping in a bid to transcend the mundane life and connect to something deeper before they discover meditation. Meditation is free, available to everyone and more effective than putting money in the bank when it comes to building a loving and peaceful life and future. The following routine calms the mind and body, and will help connect you to the present moment. Practise this at will and look to introduce this to the beginning of all meditations. 

Sit comfortably with your back straight. Although you can meditate lying down, it more powerful and effective sitting up correctly. The basic positions are:

  • cross legged
  • kneeling
  • sitting on a chair with hands resting on your knees
  1. Consciously exhale moving your focus of awareness from the mind to the stomach muscles. Push the stomach muscles and lower back in towards the spine emptying all air out of the lungs as you naturally exhale. Pause, and hold the muscles in with no breath. Feel the body relax as a wave of energy moves through the body. Relax the stomach muscles as the body naturally inhales, and push the stomach muscles and lower back away from the spine for a full inhale. Again pause, and stay with the full breath when the diaphragm is full. Feel the wave of energy flowing in the body even after you have stopped inhaling. Observe as it turns like a wave in the sea and the breath is exhaled again.  
  2. For 5 breaths observe the natural flow as the diaphragm lowers and the stomach muscles push in to exhale, and the diaphragm raises and pushes out as you inhale as above. This way the stomach draws the breath in and out like a pump.
  3. Locate the oysters the lower back. This area is to the right and left of the spine at the lower back above the bum, close to where the kidneys are located. Bring awareness into this area as you breathe through the diaphragm and stomach muscles. It may take some practise, but will help balance and raise your energy. In future meditation as you bring awareness into the stomach muscles, bring it also into these oysters in the back. Place your hands over them too and you can do this for others. It is a great way to start a healing or any energy work. This area acts like a power centre and doing this raises your energy and boosts your general health.
  4.  Following on from above buddha
  • To exhale: push the stomach muscles in towards the spine
  • To inhale: push the stomach muscles out, away from spine For approximately1 minute (or longer if comfortable) use the stomach muscles to breathe as rapidly as you can this way. This oxygenates the body, benefits the mind, immune system and increases one’s presence.
    • The breath is controlled by the movement of the stomach muscles- can you feel this?

 

  1. Now continue breathing maintaining complete awareness in the stomach muscles. Stay focused!
  • Take 20 breaths spending longer on the inhale than on the exhale
  • Take 20 breaths spending longer on the exhale than the inhale
  • Take 20 breaths at your natural breathing speed – observe pauses
  1. Observe and feel the air entering and leaving the nostrils in the inhale and exhale for 2 minutes. Tune into the feeling of peace as you inhale and exhale through the nose. Breathe the air in peacefully through the nostrils and exhale it peacefully through the nostrils. After a few breaths this will become easier and will slow you right down into the present moment.
  2. Scan your physical body by moving your awareness from the top of the crown down to your toes.
  3. Breathe light and presence in and out of each area as you move awareness through the body. Give extra light and love to any areas that may appear grey, strained or that you feel would benefit.
  4. Complete the meditation by grounding yourself:
    1. On the exhale : Imagine a white line coming from a white light spinning above your crown down through the heart down through your base area, down the two legs and through the feet into the earth and imagine it going into a white light in the centre of the earth.
    2. On the inhale: Feel and imagine the white light at the centre of the earth flowing up through the earth, through your feet, up your spine and out your crown to the spinning white light which spins above your head.
  • Take three deep breaths; on the exhale the light flows from a spinning ball of light above the crown down to the centre of the earth on the inhale the light flows up from the centre of the earth up through the body to the spinning ball of light.

This is an expanded set up and standard grounding. It is enough for a full meditation or can be adapted to the start and end of any other meditation. The more you practice the easier it is to feel peace and stay with it or reconnect to it throughout the day.
