Food Guidelines and Suggestions for Dr Hulda Clark’s Parasite Cleanse
Recommend dietary changes:
- Eliminate sugar, honey
- Eliminate fruit
- Eliminate wheat
- Eliminate Dairy (cow products!)
- Eliminate coffee
- Eliminate vinegar and yeast (includes some breads, balsamic vinegar, pickled foods)
- Eliminate white potatoes and white rice
The above foods feed parasites- so during the cleanse you are ridding them from your body by:
- Starving them by not feeding them
- Taking herbs to eliminate and cleanse them from the body.
What can you eat!?
Here’s a general list of foods that are great for you and that you can eat plentifully during the cleanse:
Any gluten free/sugar free/dairy free bread!
Spelt bread is great.
You can buy ready made at markets/ supermarkets (aldi/tesco/superquinn...) and bake your own which you can buy in a pack at the gluten free/special dietary section of the supermarket- if you are baking your own- you can try soy milk instead of dairy. Baking my own and soul bakery available in some super values are my favourites.
Any lactose free unsweetened milk - Soy/ Almond/Hemp/ Rice milk… Use this time to try all different types of milk laternatives. Also it is easy to make your own.
Stevia - buy online or from health store: This is a green leafy herb that is sweeter than sugar. It has not the same mass as sugar- which means it won’t create the same effect when baking, however, you can add it into sauces or whatever you are cooking/baking for a sweeter effect. A little goes along way- it is sweeter than sugar. It is actually good for your pancreas and doesn’t affect your blood sugar levels or feed parasites like sugar does. A little Stevia here and there is fine.
Herbals teas are great- green tea or mate for energy, chamomile for relaxing your digestive system and sleeping, mint for digestion, nettle for cleansing, acidic blood and painful joints. Try plenty of teas through this cleanse as they help you feel well and it’s a good time to experiment with new things.
Cheese and so on
Instead of cow based dairy products, try going dairy free adn for a vegan diet if that excites you! Choose goat products if you must for example some goats cheese. Vegan chesses are great and surprisingly delicious!
Meat, poulty, fish etc.
Stay away from meat altogether if you can. However, I have seen many people who eat meat succeed and have a successful cleanse, so if you feel you must or that it will greatly help that is okay too. Some people may get great strength from roast chicken and salad etc. and that is okay. There is flexibility here. Here are general guidelines:
Stay away from all processed meats.
Do not eat any raw meat or fish- this is how certain parasites enter the body!
Stick to good quality properly cooked meats, fish, chicken...
Porridge- Oats are fine, mix with non dairy milk, stevia if you like to sweeten, cinnamon
and chai spices add delicious flavour.
I love brown rice instead of oats too. It's worth cooking a decent amount of brown rice and then using in a few different meals over a few days. It is also great served cold with salad! SEE VIDEO BELOW- it may not look great but it is warming, nurturing, comforting and satisfying!
Eggs: Boiled, poached, scrambled with spelt toast.
Avocados - on spelt toast with a sprinkle of salt
Tomatoes/ cucumber, lettuce, hummus - on spelt toast with a sprinkle of salt
Try a salad at any time of say- also fantastic for breakfast - and gives the body great morning energy- that can be seen in your glow and skin.
Choose a combination of any salad foods including the above and
All green leaves
All salad food-
Grated raw carrot and raw beetroot with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Red and green peppers, slightly steamed broccoli, mixed with hummus and toasted hazelnuts.
Salad Nicoise- Lettuce leaves, olives, soft boiled eggs, flakes of hard goats cheese/ vegan cheese.
Chicken/prawn Caesar Salad. Green leaves, flakes of hard goats cheese, olive oil combined with some bbq/grilled.... prawns/ chicken/ meat.
Warm grilled Goats cheese salad- Salad leaves with some beetroot, almonds and warm grilled goats cheese..
Roasted vegetables on a bed of salad with any of the above ingredients.
Courgette, goats cheese and basil Frittata- Use some garlic when frying courgette and then remove- serve with salad.
Vegetarian Curry; put in some roasted veg or lightly chop up and cook- cauliflower, sweet potatoe, tomatoe, spinach, chickpeas… Add curry spices, coconut oil, fry together, add plenty of coconut cream and spinach for last few minutes. Serve with brown rice.
Delicious Dahl: A very important dish if you are vegetarian or vegan while on this cleanse. I once read that George Harrision said that being vegetarian is easy once you have dahl every day! I have to agree with this, it makes a big difference to my general strength and wellbeing! I like to add a few different types of lentils together, cook in veg bullion for 40 mins, light steam cauliflower for a few minutes, add curry spices, turmeric, pepper, florets of cauliflower, add either chopped tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, and in last 5 minutes organic coconut cream, and spinach. Wonderful served with brown rice or quinoa and with salad. Try some fresh lime juice on top! Delicious!
Any form of stirfry with brown rice is wonderful ,add tofu, ginger, lemon…
Quinoa cooked and then put into dish and into over with cherry tomatoes and either vegan or goats cheese served with salad.
Brown spelt spaghetti with tomatoe sauce with caluiflowers, coconut cream, veg builllion and spinach!
Brown Rice - instead of white rice
Sweet potatoes roasted in oven - instead of regular potatoes (release sugar more slowly in body)
Try quinoa- its’ a south american grain instead of rice or as another option, it’s really nice, slightly nutty like yourself and has protein in it which is great for giving you energy- can have it with stir fry or cold with salad

All vegetables (not too much corn or carrots as can be sweet- but a bit is fine)
Make/bake bread/ scones pizza bases etc- (Use spelt or look up gluten free, dairy free, sugar free recipes online- there are loads and try some out).
Meat/ chicken/ fish all fine- bbq or cook how you like and eat with salad/ veg/ sweet potatoes/ brown rice/ brown rice pasta...
Raw nuts might become one of your close friends;- Almonds, hazelnuts. Ideally go organic. Stay away from any old tasting nuts as the yare toxic to the body!
Soak almond overnight and take over skin next day. Nutritional content, digestibility and satisfaction increase greatly with this. The skin on almonds is also said to be toxic, so really remove where possible!
Ryvita crackers, avocado...
Any crackers that are wheat free, sugar free and dairy free..
Almond butter- delicious.
Try Ryvita crackers with almond butter / salad/ hummus as a handy snack.
Sugar cravings and morning tonic!
Have 15 mls of apple cider vinegar in hot or cold water as a tonic each morning. Ideally start off your dad with 1 litre of warm water at least 1 hour prior to eating breakfast. Also great with lemon juice.
This also helps to sort out sugar cravings and cleanse the body.
Add cinnamon- 2 teaspoons a day to something you are eating if you like or take directly- this reduces sugar cravings massively and is good for you. Some people have even come out of Type two Diabetes by taking 1-2 teaspoon or 1-2 capsules of cinnamon a day, every day. 2 teaspoons of cinnamon in the morning are known to reduce afternoon sugar cravings.
And why not add a few side dishes of...
Pray, meditate, affirm great health and enjoy! Whatever this moment is accept it. Act is as if you have chosen it. This acceptance brings peace and calm.
Try praying a prayer that makes you feel well or chanting silently, any mantra that works for you such as the Maha Mantra, ‘Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare,’
Or repeating an affirmation such as, ‘ I feel great and I am happy with the choices I am making.’
All of these practices will increase the internal potency of light, give you extra strength to continue and bring you right into the here and now.

At the end of January 2018, my father, following a number of years of ill health departed his body. He received great care and passed peacefully with his family at his side. My dad was a gentleman and tried to stand for something good in this world. One of the beautiful things about his passing is that the illness and whatever shortcomings I had imagined, faded, and all that is left is his light.
Even though I consider myself fairly grounded and peaceful I was still affected by this and one week after the funeral I took grief on a plane with me and journeyed to India for 5 weeks. The focus of the trip was meditating and praying, while journeying through chanting in Mayapur, dancing in Goa and yoga and Ayurvedic treatments in Kerala. Sure why not!?
2 Days Goa – some sun and dancing – begin to unwind
1 week Mayapur at World Krtian Gathering at ISKON temple.
Few days Calcutta
3 Days Quiet at Little Cola beach, Goa
5 Days Chapada, Goa, dancing
2 Weeks Varkala – Sun, sea, yoga, ayurvedic massage, treatments and more.
The frist few days dissappeared in now what feels like seconds! Then I found myself in Mayapur, where we had the fortune of staying right by the Ganges and watching her flow morning and night amid people bathing, washing sari’s, boats transporting goods and children playing. To the core of kirtan in Mayapur, West Bengal, home of Lord Caitanya and Lord Nityananda and the Panchat Tatva I wandered. I got to cry, ponder, meditate and dance with devotees and deities. One of the highlights of the trip, was placing red roses in Ganges for my father and what followed, where a monk sitting on the bank annointed my forehead. Although unplanned I felt instantaneously that this was the purpose for the entire trip. In that moment I felt my father's spirit in the heart of the great mother and father. I could let go a bit more. He was in a good place and I chanted and gave thanks.
At Goa I enjoyed quietness and integration time on a paradise beach before travelling to the heart of psychedelic trance! Anyone who knows me, knows that I love to dance. Meditation Dance has long been a love! Through breath awarenss one's inner vision opens up. All sorts of visions come, such as the energy system opening up, clearing, DNA spiralling, connecting to the trees and the stars, flowing sacred geometry, light beings! So much fun and makes me feel alert and clear for days after too. I've got to do more of this in Ireland!
In Varkala, Kerala I sat bathed in the light of the divine. Integration and rest. Can not describe the grace I received. It felt like pure generosity and kindness from the creator. The food was amazing, in fact it was amazing everywhere, the yoga empowering, the atmosphere clear, the treatments divine and the overall experience just wow! I believe I began to experience here, a deeper awareness that is occuring to many people throughout the planet at this time.
The journey had many aspects to it. Here is some of what I experienced. It is what it is. It is long, I warn you! May find something in this to enjoy. There's more too, that I don't mention, but sure enough is enough as my mother would say :) There is a beautiful song I love at the end.
- Trance dance/ meditation dance is good for me. With it, I’m more alert, in tune and happy!
- When I am irritated with someone, be it anger or anything that sparks a conversation in the mind about another, rather than go into the story about someone or myself, instead I choose to pause, breathe, chant a mantra if it helps, and visualise white light everywhere in the present moment. This clears the trigger and lets it slide like water off a ducks back. BE HERE NOW is the way.
- This returns my awareness to ‘I am that I am’. Feeling negative is destructive. Thoughts are distractions! I see a thought or issue but choose not to go with it and see what happens. Instead I choose to be here in the present moment seeing more light, feeling peaceful and warm. Sometimes I just laugh at it all including myself and take 3 breaths! It all helps. It all works!
- Being authentic is everything. In us and those we meet. When we are, we get to see who we really are, the good, bad and ugly! And it’s all okay! If we have the pattern of anger or self-loathing etc we get to see it. Then we can recognise the pattern we are operating with, own it, acknowledge it as our karmic thought patterns and maybe even understand its cause if we wish. E.g. Krishna says that the cause of anger is expectations not being met. A devotee told me this at Mayapur when I had shared that I’d had a rage (against my travelling partner!) and was meditating on why I’d reacted so intensely! The rages had started when my father got quite ill and I could see I was off and acting out some wound/ pain body. This made total sense, it was exactly when my expectations weren’t met that I got fired up like a queen something :D.
The day following my rage, I had a powerful return on karma! I got stuck in an intensely challenging place for a few hours over which I pondered my thoughts, words and actions of late. I pondered over the rage I had expressed the previous night and on a few occasions, 'Quick to anger,' I heard. I realised and acknowledged that quick to anger is not the way. I turned it around and vowed that I would from this moment on be, 'Slow to anger!' I repeated it many times over the following days. The intensity of the challenge helped focus and looking back it was a turning point. Although frustrations continued at moments, it all got much easier and more enjoyable, I felt more present and stronger and I didn't turn into a crazy hyeena again! :)
- This awareness of expectations also helped me greatly. I recognised the expectation had snook up without my awareness! I chose to remember and let go of expectation. A healthy practise! That which happens, regardless of how it looks is for my higher good, and so I let go of expectation and go happily with whatever arises with ease. The focus shifts from others imperfections(!) to being happy and peaceful with oneself(!) I recognised the trigger would need to occur a few more times for me to fully shift the pattern from reacting unconsciously to being conscious and remaining in peace and ease. Things improved and I think it's sorted! We'll see! All good.
Move into Beauty Consciousness if you so wish, everything is here for you. Consciousness brings awareness.
Move into softening.
Move into self-love with each breath,
Slowing down, realising,
I am comfortable here.
Bringing each part of body into being comfortable here.
Move into unconditional love.
Looking each direction and feeling unconditional love with each,
Above and below, people and places.
So it is.
Move into the space and white light in which thoughts come and go.
I am here.
Sitting under the tree
The bodhisattva and tree alight with the in breath and light everywhere fills the surroundings with the outbreath.
Each thought is an entity, an option spinning to the right or left side of the tree. That’s all they are, options to interact with or not, to be distracted by or not. Right now I choose not.
Recognising repeating thoughts as karmic patterns of thinking . Clearing my karma so it does not need to repeat!
When I think something regularly it means I have an attachment to the thought. Seeing the thought clearly as an entity, I instead choose to not engage with it and be in the white light. Quite refreshing! I like this! Magically a more peaceful and present reality arises, which one might expect, but in addition, what might surprise one is the peace this brings into your future nows. Other worldly.
I had the good fortune of meeting good people and encountering good beings along the path. I heard some wise words.
In Mayapur I danced watching Lord Caitanya and the PanchatTattva, slept next the Ganges every night and watched an older man sing to Krishna and Radharani. I saw and felt the flow of divine generosity. In Goa I met Krishna, Shiva, Parvati, Lakshmi, Vishnu and Kali. I came close to Parvati, Lakshmi and Kali who brought me on an adventure! Shiva appeared when I needed him and then I realised he is everywhere. In Varkala I learned more about Hanuman, who saves his devotees from the sea and inspires their friends. I experienced the wonderful mysterious limitless sun and the bodhisattva again. Hare Krishna! One night in Varklala I heard the inner self say, tomorrow I will wake up a new woman. The next morning I awoke and heard, ‘Today I am a new woman.’ And so it was and so it is!
The ego seeks to separate always… It can wreck havoc with a good relationship. To make the most of the moment we must continually bring ourselves back to oneness with the present moment and the other. Travelling with an ex-boyfriend is a really good practise for this! That's the price to really get on well and it's worth every penny!
My desire to recognise patterns of thought as attachments (i.e. thinking the same thought regularly!) and surrender this attachment was strong and encouraged deeper awareness throughout the trip.
Indeed if I didn’t have these tools the trip could have been a serious challenge! But it wasn’t! Even though there were some tears and frustrations, I was after all dealing with grief and inner journeying, it was 1012%+ a truly Divine experience.
I wished to let go of any thoughts of my ex, and of my attachment to these thoughts.
I wished to surrender and let go so that if we ever did meet again or indeed I meet anyone again, I would no longer be experiencing reality through a pattern of karmic thoughts, but as a true and clear moment of being.
Through this all I have learned to respect mirror, respect each and everyone I think of and meet, and respect myself. Everyone and everything has a soul and is to be respected.
A young guy from the Himalayas who worked a food stall in Goa wore a tee-shirt with Respect Mirror written on the back of it. My eyes were drawn to these words and I found myself meditating upon them for a few days.
I realised that everyone was my mirror and especially whomever I was dealing with in any particular moment and that I would consciously respect them fully from now on. First I looked at my travelling partner, and applied it to him; I thought I respected everyone but realised with this, that I did not always respect him, nor at times, his words, ideas and actions! I think most people with a travelling companion or partner/ ex partner can relate to this!?
It is funny to say so now. But with this shift I felt so much better and more present. Judgement subsided and I could hold him in my vision and focus upon the present moment for longer. I softened. I understood and could feel that as a result, my physiology, mind and emotions were more stable and peaceful. Result! It was good for both of us, and great for my relationship with all.
I met an incredible presence of a being in Goa. She told she followed the path of Karma Yoga. I go forth with this feeling in my heart. She said, 'Everything I do, say and think is good, and therefore the opposite is also good!' Worth a ponder or two for sure! I’m still pondering!
Be with someone with a good heart and your world will transform.
I respect all I meet.
I respect mirror.
I am happy with myself and all I do, think and say. Amen.

Money, home, love, mission, purpose et al.
Be clear and see what arises.
Be here now is the motto.

I recognise I am not the pain, heartbreak or sadness, I am the I am.

Sometimes it’s important and right to fight.

As Sri RamaKrishna says, 'The highest ideal is eternal and entire self-abnegation, where there is no ‘I’, but all is ‘Thou.’'
Give yourself to the present moment because the present moment will give everything to you.

We are here to die, set yourself up for a good departure!
Attachment takes us out of the now
Clear clear clear and be here now!
Lonely is just when we forget to feel god’s presence…
Every day u wake up is a new life
Every day you are a new person.
Give people options and you will live in abundance
I let go of judgment of others.
I let go of self-judgement too! Feels good! And life more fun!
We have the option to allow the present moment to be and act through us. The pain is just when we have a pattern that is out of harmony with what is being called for in the present moment.
I speak , sing and breathe with light in the face especially the nose and chin. Grin!
We are connected, One with sun.
Remember this connection always for strength greater than any ego!
The sun offers limitless strength and presence.
If I saw everything that happens and occurrs as coming from the sun, I’d be in a continuous place of appreciation for all!
Be free of thought so you are open to experiencing the limitless light flowing here.
The terrorists are everywhere but they are internal. They can only find you if you are negative in action, word or thought. Thinking negatively/ destructively will lose you the opportunity to be and bask in this light. Thinking anything slows one down and is a distraction. Sometimes I just acknowledge a thought as a little football size entity that is hovering to my right. I see it, don't engage and focus on the light which is everywhere and permeates all, and smile.
Being humble is a beautiful feeling and something worth practicing.
There is a game going on. Beliefs create vibration and the reality follows.
Here, I am comfortable with myself.
Life is like a movie and everyone playing a role. What is your role? There are signs of your role, just look. What role would you like to play? Why?
Write your movie, decide what character feels best to you in this movie. Change the story if you wish, and ask God to direct your movie through you! May we always remember that we are here to serve. There also doesn't need to be any story any longer if you rather. You get to decide.
To stay and be on this paradise earth we must realize that this is God’s planet. God is here emanating in everything. Can I see him/ her!? Yes I can! This awareness opens the experience of Paradise Earth. It is a wonderful worthy journey. The heart is good, and you will meet others with good hearts too, you could say god is alive in the hearts of all, or the hearts of all are aware of the divine in all. And this is where we are, and so it is.
All in all I had an amazing trip. I bow in gratitude and service to the great creator, mother India and even my wonderful travelling companion! I am still processing my father's departure and that comes at moments and is blessed. I am peaceful with what is and wish him and all my family love and oneness. I especially wish him with his next journey lots of blessings. I am judging myself less and living each day at a time, loving nature and spending more time outdoors. I am not chasing connection but enjoying it so much when it arises. I mostly am in the now and still enjoying the inner beauty and light that was stimulated over these 5 weeks. I had a little anxiety before I left for this trip, but did it anyway. I am so glad. If you have a callling for a journey, may you go and may it serve you well. I had the beautiful pleasure of hearing and meeting the sweetly generous of heart and spirit Ilan Chester at Mayapur. My heart softened and expanded in love as I listened to his pure, gentle and generous kirtan. I knew nothing of him but his sweet sound and when days later I saw him walking the campus I jumped at the opportunity to say hi and find out something about this being! Turns out (not surprisingly!) he is a well recognised world artist. Above is Track 1 from his album Symphony of the Soul. Days later when I put it on for the first time while unable to seep in Calcutta, I wept. The whole album is a beautiful listen, may you too enjoy. <3
Finally, finally, following this trip and the return to Ireland I have one thing to say and that is, 'Thank you.' Thank you to the great creator, thank you to India, thank you to Eiru, thank you family, thank you Dad, thank you light, thank you dear travelling companoin, thank you peace, grace and thank you love.
The big shift people are going through, some more than others is the shift from 3rd dimensional awareness to fifth dimensional awareness. One way we can describe fifth dimensional awareness is unconditional love. In 3rd dimensional awareness, there is good and bad, judgement, separation from others (I am different to them – head based thinking) and fear based thinking, It is the way we were raised but no longer the smartest way to manage one’s life and can be quite heavy and tiring.
There has been a shift in society and in ourselves. Where as head and fear based being used to be the dominant winning force, now heart based awareness is more powerful and wise.
If yo pare not tapping into and nurturing your heart space it's probably time to give this some thought! If you are, nice one, may you feel the stillness of the now and great energy and wisdom which moves through this portal.
In fifth dimensional awareness there is acceptance of all as is, neither good nor bad, simply mandalas and designs unfolding and usually quite beautifully. If a story doesn’t feel good it is simply not over and hasn’t come to completion yet. In the 5th D is the realisation of the wisdom of the heart centre and that all hearts are part of the one. We pause and listen within rather than react or speak from the patterned responses we’ve grown up familiar with (sometimes referred to as the monkey brain ☺ ).
This pause and turning within replaces the ego fly off the handle reaction, and or the strategy of trying to control or play victim, a survival tool, from our younger years which one’s awareness of now, means you have outgrown. The ego/head will release its desire for control/ manipulation, once it feels really loved. Love helps everything relax. You may expect love or even try and demand it from someone else but truly this self-love must come from oneself! Self-love heals and aligns one with the true centre. The heart soul centre.
This is a profound leap in evolution.
As we move through we tend to go backwards and forwards on this as we make the transition; head heart head heart... Nearly always love and being of service towards yourself and others is the way. Returning to this whenever things feel overwhelming or confusing brings great calm.
In fifth dimension, one is in responsibility for their now, acknowledging that anything that arises is theirs to heal and integrate. One is aware that the conditions of ‘now’ are constantly changing. Life is like a hologram and what shows up in the outer world is showcasing our internal awareness and state of being. Everything we move through is like scenery from a train ride. We do not get too caught up in any outer scenery too much, as we know it will keep changing and is always temporary. We keep more focused on the inner light, and the activities which maintain this, which is where stability comes from. This inner light is your vibration and your perception: The better one feels the higher the vibration and the higher one’s vibration the better one feels. There is one other reason why maintaining and expanding your vibration is very important; the perception of your reality is completely dependant upon it. You only need change your vibration to completely shift how you feel and experience the same situation! A higher vibration brings freedom.

Two weeks ago I had a the pleasure of attending a retreat in Denmark on a little island off the south of Sweden called Bornholm.
It was a beautiful gathering of like-minded women from Scandinavia, Switzerland, Spain, New Zealand and the Netherlands. I knew only one of the women and so had the wonderful opportunity to meet many new sisters.
Out of time into the now, it is the only place to be. When we are with like-minded people it is all so natural and easy. The quest then is to take the insights and state of expansion home into our own community and workplace.
We meditated, we sang, we prayed, shared where we are at with our work and families. We listened to each other, we walked in the forest, held ceremony, looked deep into each others light being. We grew. We swam, enjoyed sauna, and we danced.
Out of time into the now we danced,
Out of time into the now I am.
My personal quest was placed with the divine. I had a prayer and let it go.
Some other sisters I met were working with the same theme. We were in a deep space and welcoming that. We were open to see what we were ready to experience and integrate. I had the opportunity of connecting more deeply with some sisters through the healing treatments. I felt and saw great things and we all grew in light and harmony. Thank you to Britta for organising, all the sisters who attended and those special sisters I had the joy to early morning meditate with, swim and sauna with and share healing with. Amen and Hallelujah! This is what the tv news does not report, people from all over the planet, all walks of life and all ages doing the work to clear trauma, ancestral issues and challenges so they can stand in their family, community and work as peaceful beings of love of light, in touch with their authentic voice and the higher self and be of service for the higher good of all.

We all know about birth charts, horoscopes and astrology, both western and vedic. When calculated these can provide us with amazing insights into our character, challenges and opportunities.

FOUR TYPES OF HUMAN BEINGS AND THEIR STRATEGY
The Human Design System groups people into 4 specific types:
Manifestors, Generators, Projectors and Reflectors.
The main difference between each type is in their aura. Although there are endless variations within each type (and within our genetics), each type has a specific auric quality that determines its strategy - a correct way of approaching and navigating life.
Manifestors are a minority - around 8% of all people. You are the only type that is here to initiate.
Almost 70 % of all people are Generators. If you have a defined Sacral center, then no matter how the rest of your chart looks, you are one of them. Generators are the great workers of the world.
If you are a Projector (22 % of population), you are not here to work. You are here to know others, to recognize and guide them. But that can only happen if you yourself are 1) recognized and 2) invited to do so.
Reflectors make up only about 1 % of the population. If you have all your centers open, you are a Reflector. You are completely open to the world and others.
The strategy of each type is very simple, yet it may be not be easy to put into practice at first. Manifestors, who feel controlled by others all their life, need to inform. Generators, who have oceans of energy, can't just go around doing anything - they need to wait and respond. Projectors, who can see others and are here to guide them, need to wait for an invitation - something they never expect to happen. And Reflectors, with their openness and taking in other people's definition, must wait 29 days before making a major decision - no matter how certain they feel about something in the moment.

These aspects of Projector and 6/2 are very appropriate for I:
- Learning about boundaries and saying no strongly and peacefully.
- Being alone time essential.
- Waiting for invitation to share.
- We magnify energy and need to be by ourselves or with the right people and right environment.
- Being the authentic self above all else and comfortable with being different.
- Not to work full time ( even though I kinda do I mix it between a few jobs I love and work my own hours- essential!).
- Here to play and express the joy the divine! Yes, explains a lot when you see me on the dance floor or at kirtan!

There have been immense changes taking place over the past 8 weeks energetcially.

Mine include and revolve mostly around stepping up my awareness and choice in being of service.
Of service to the cosmic heart, the same light life force that exists in teh heart of all being. Serving this light expanded my awareness into greater clarity and love. Aum.
This journey into serving God, and I am sorry to say that word because it can be so misconstrued but I am using it because I do believe there is a kind force of light in this universe that connects, harmonises and holds everything and that we as beings have this energy as our centre and are love. As we come home to ourselves we come home to love, and to this light. It feels easy, peaceful, expansive, safe and even joyous regularly enough! It 's NOT something to be chased but that just arises with greater clarity as we take responsibilty for ourselves and pursue our path of service, whatever that is and however that looks for each individual.
WE have great scope at present to jump. There is a mgic bridge being built over this eclipse and it's not about listing off your wants incuding that red lambourgini, but rahter just being in your centre and present in your environment and home. See where TEAM comes up for you, where you say hey, et's do this togeehr and see what happens... feel open and allow yourself to offer and put ideas out there with those around you.
I heard a lovely idea being shared yesterday, that when Krishna whose birthday was on Wednesday just gone, when as a child he defeated many demons. They say now that we do not have many demons but rather the demon mentality (greed, abuse etc) that poeple are clearing... but anyway when he did kill them, a demigod usually came out of the demon that had gotten lost/ confused/ chosen badly at some stage and thorugh killing the demon the demi god got liberated and could go back to teh light and love! This makes me smile, just think of anyone who irritaes you etc and imagine there is a beautiful being in there being liberated (and of course relates to us and any behaviours/ etc we may have!) ;)
The divine power is awakening in us and uniting us for the greater good, and it's a really cool trip.
You probbly already have and I encourage you (myself included!) to step up our practices be it praying, reading inspiring words, meditation, yoga, making food for others, being a mum, breathing, being in nature...

Everyone is a star. Everyone is a hero. The heroic version of yourself is inside you and it is awakening. It sits in the heart and is aligned with love. It awakens to love and to service. When you seek to awaken the heart be it your own or that of others, you will realize that there is one sacred heart that can be found in all beings. There is one sacred heart, and yet you and each person has their own colour and personality and unique gifts to offer to this world via the sacred heart. The liberated beautiful and brilliant self is one that is aware of the sacred heart. We also call this the inner hero and quite wonderfully, this is who you truly are!
Harmony exists in the now in every moment, and can be tapped into at any time regardless of what is going on. Next time you find yourself experiencing a challenge, ask yourself,
“Where is the harmony now?”
Feel for it and allow it to guide you. Harmony is a healthy focus and a super guide. Sometimes one can feel it but is too lazy or busy to go with it. Discovering and moving with your own internal rhythm and timing is central to exploring and experiencing harmony.
Being in harmony with yourself; you speak truth, love easily and exist peacefully.
The dominant vibration one holds is how one feels and what one attracts, i.e. if one breathes harmoniously, one will automatically feel more harmony and circumstances will occur more harmoniously in their life. In this modern, busy world, harmony is definitely more a choice than something one accidentally falls into.
When one feels stuck in life it is often due to their inner GPS being set to drama, sadness, anger, self-pity or a myriad of other unhelpful vibrations!. Try shifting your central core feeling to harmony today and see how your day unfolds. Focus on it strongly for a few minutes to really conenct with it then continue with your day. When you remember, take 3 harmonious breaths in a row.
One has the power to alter one’s vibration at any time. By focusing upon harmonious breathing, one accepts what is as is and one’s reality alters.
Many people especially those who regularly meditate are able to alter their vibration at will. The feelings you focus on in meditation will be reflected back to you throughout the day, in this case, harmony will be reflected back to you through harmonious feelings and experiences. A worth enough reason to focus upon it for 3 minutes+!
The more harmonious the breath, the more harmonious you’ll feel and regardless of reality, you'll perceive it from a more harmonious place.
Questions that can help to favourably open up the mind:
I wonder how today will go if it is delightful from this minute onwards to the second I fall asleep?
I wonder how tomorrow would be if I wake up feeling delight, have an amazing, satisfying and delightful day, and then fall to sleep feeling delight?
Often asking this question heralds a wave of joy for the day ahead and following days ahead!
The master and leader of your destiny is arising within you. You are a master, awakening as a veil of illusion is evaporating.
You can observe yourself more clearly and realise how powerful you are in creating your reality.
What if life is a self-fulfilling prophecy and you are the one prophesizing!?
This is worth some serious consideration. What do you ponder? Imagine? Self-prophesize? Bring harmony in and see what that tells you and delivers.
In this new paradigm, we take the perspective that there are no problems. Anything that used to be considered a problem is now an opportunity. List here any old problems (left column) that are now being seen as opportunities (right column). This can help one release old patterns and shift to delight!
Problem – What are you running away from?
Opportunity –Seeing harmony in it and realising the gift of the situation

Spiritual Change and Transformation in the Now!
When life gets in a funk, what do you do? Many people are going through challenges at present. As we all know when a challenge comes, we can either drown or become a better swimmer. I’m all for growth and so it’s no surprise that I view challenge as an opportunity to outgrow the old self! As I do I become a more expanded version of myself, more harmonious, conscious and integrated. This is the vision! Here are some of my approaches for dealing with these gorgeous growing pains! Please share and feel free to add your own. Ideas are one of the few things that increase in quantity when shared ?
- I feel it. Whatever it is. I just really feel it, and allow myself to express it in words/ actions/ tears/ music etc. Once I feel it fully, ti begins to move, which is the idea. You don’t want to get stuck with an unpleasant feeling for a long time, it’s not good for your health. So number 1 feel and express however feels natural.
- I remember my core vision of life, that is;
‘Life is always working out for me!’
I view all situations that arise this way. Of course things can suck, but after feeling it a while, I also ponder it from this perspective. That leads me to number 3!
- I bring in my favourite prayer,
‘Thank you for this blessing!'
Take that, pow, you unpleasant feeling, bet you weren’t expecting that. This is a go to statement I use regularly. I find it particularly powerful in the face of atrocity ( or anything that leans this direction!)! Repeat this over and over in the face of something that you cannot see a blessing in and I guarantee you within a few days you will shift, and begin to see the blessing. Guarantee you I say- or your money back :)
- Remember if a situation/ experience doesn’t feel good, the story is not over yet! Sure why not spend a minute or 2 visualising a nice ending and then just let it go. Over time things change, become clearer and often change.
- Choose to embrace patience in your time of growth! This is a MAJOR theme. Patience, people want it now, this minute and get upset that ‘it will never happen,’ Patience dude, things are flowing perfectly quite often so give it time. So what can help with patience!? Well there is a Bach Flower remedy that can help, it’s called Impatiens- get yourself a bottle and take a few drop 5 – 10 times a day, more regularly the more intense it is! If you are having a general hissy/ stress attack get yourself some Rescue Remedy while you are at it. B Complex vitamins decrease stress, take 1-2 in the morning. Magnesium at night time also helps, as does good oils such as Udo’s oil, all available from health stores. Also remember to use your power, using your power usually starts with a choice, ‘I choose to be patient.’ Ponder what that feels like and you’ll get the ball rolling in the right direction!
- Who your main relationship in life is with? Is there a God/ Krishna/ creative power/ love that you relate to? Often there is and one forgets this power in times of challenge. Keep your central relationship centre in your life and it will help keep all in balance and give you strength.
- Use a mantra! This can help quiet the mind. You can use anything from ‘One’ to an affirmation to a sanskrit mantra. I often use,
‘Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Kirishna, Hare Hare,
Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama, Rama, Hare Hare.’
Repeat this mantra in your head and out loud. Move your awareness through the body from the crown to the feet repeating your mantra. Then go back and look for where the challenge/ emotions sit on the body. Repeat the mantra in this place and it will take you from the story back into to the present moment.
- Every day do something good for yourself and bring goodness to others. Help yourself and help someone somehow. This brings lots of good energy.
- Remember that life is made up of seasons and cycles. There is rest time, process emotion time, it’s okay to do nothing time, it’s time to get off your ass time, it’s time to put away the childish toys time, time for action, time for celebrating…!
- Remember your passion and give it some time even 10 – 15 minutes. Draw a picture with a pen and paper, make up a melody, sing a song, make something, sew something and if you don’t ‘have a passion, just do something that makes you feel good for even a few minutes. You’ll get pleasure from it and it will get you back into your authentic self and centre! Great!
- Focus on the breath for 3 breaths as often as you can. Use the stomach muscles to take three breaths. Push the muscles in and out peacefully, drawing the breath in and out. Viola!

- What do you appreciate right now!? Shift the focus. Click here for more!
- Not matter how rough tough it feels, remember this too will pass. Whatever it is, wonderful or temporary, if it's in the outer world, it will come and it will go! The question is how smooth do you wish it to be as you move through it!? All the above points will help smoothen the path.
