Cleanse time again!
Have you been considering a cleanse?
It is October and time for me to return to one of my favourite practices- cleansing! Twice a year I cleanse to boost my entire wellbeing. It involves taking special herbs as well following as a special diet. The basis of this is removing sugar, honey, fruit, wheat, dairy(cow), white rice, caffeine, potatoes, fresh mushrooms and yeast, as these things bring down the immune system and feed parasites. It is natural for us to be host to a whole load of bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites, both health enriching and depleting. The whole approach of taking herbs and following the special food guidelines; cleanses out the bad boys, boosts the good ones and gives the whole body and mind good energy and greatly supports general health and wellbieng.
So what can you eat!? Well, plenty! Consider, avocado on spelt bread, hummus, olives, cucumber and spinach on ryvita, roasted sweet potatoes with fresh salad and chickpea burgers, porridge, raw almonds, falafel and so much more, as well as eggs, chicken, meant, and fish if you so like.
A cleanse clears many bugs and parasites boosting the immune system and general health. Parasites are linked to many autoimmune system health issues as well as skin issues, digestive issues and especially tiredness. People can lose 80 % of their energy to these pesty invaders!
Imagine going from living off 20% of your energy to 100%- thats 5 times more energy. Can you imagine!? How much easier it would be to get out of bed, go for a run/ walk, smile going to work, enjoy time with the kids?…
Each time I cleanse, I sleep about an hour less and after 2-3 weeks have much more energy. It also clears the body from reliance on refined sugars and caffeine for energy and resets the whole energy system as well as gives one’s digestive system, skin and energy a beautiful healthy boost. You'll find this is an emtional cleanse as well as a physical, mental and spiritual clearing.

The first time I cleansed was for over 2 years and then twice yearly thereafter for well over 10 years. It has always occurred too that when I cleanse, something not so nice leaves my life and something lovely enters ! This I put down to the increase in vibration and wellbeing that occurs from this practice. A cleanse takes at least 3 weeks and it is recommended one usually cleanse for 3 -6 weeks, though if one has health issues, it be for longer such as 3 -6 months. Each person is unique as is their healing.

Harmony exists in the now in every moment, and can be tapped into at any time regardless of what is going on. Next time you find yourself experiencing a challenge, ask yourself,
“Where is the harmony now?”
Feel for it and allow it to guide you. Harmony is a healthy focus and a super guide. Sometimes one can feel it but is too lazy or busy to go with it. Discovering and moving with your own internal rhythm and timing is central to exploring and experiencing harmony.
Being in harmony with yourself; you speak truth, love easily and exist peacefully.
The dominant vibration one holds is how one feels and what one attracts, i.e. if one breathes harmoniously, one will automatically feel more harmony and circumstances will occur more harmoniously in their life. In this modern, busy world, harmony is definitely more a choice than something one accidentally falls into.
When one feels stuck in life it is often due to their inner GPS being set to drama, sadness, anger, self-pity or a myriad of other unhelpful vibrations!. Try shifting your central core feeling to harmony today and see how your day unfolds. Focus on it strongly for a few minutes to really conenct with it then continue with your day. When you remember, take 3 harmonious breaths in a row.
One has the power to alter one’s vibration at any time. By focusing upon harmonious breathing, one accepts what is as is and one’s reality alters.
Many people especially those who regularly meditate are able to alter their vibration at will. The feelings you focus on in meditation will be reflected back to you throughout the day, in this case, harmony will be reflected back to you through harmonious feelings and experiences. A worth enough reason to focus upon it for 3 minutes+!
The more harmonious the breath, the more harmonious you’ll feel and regardless of reality, you'll perceive it from a more harmonious place.
Questions that can help to favourably open up the mind:
I wonder how today will go if it is delightful from this minute onwards to the second I fall asleep?
I wonder how tomorrow would be if I wake up feeling delight, have an amazing, satisfying and delightful day, and then fall to sleep feeling delight?
Often asking this question heralds a wave of joy for the day ahead and following days ahead!
The master and leader of your destiny is arising within you. You are a master, awakening as a veil of illusion is evaporating.
You can observe yourself more clearly and realise how powerful you are in creating your reality.
What if life is a self-fulfilling prophecy and you are the one prophesizing!?
This is worth some serious consideration. What do you ponder? Imagine? Self-prophesize? Bring harmony in and see what that tells you and delivers.
In this new paradigm, we take the perspective that there are no problems. Anything that used to be considered a problem is now an opportunity. List here any old problems (left column) that are now being seen as opportunities (right column). This can help one release old patterns and shift to delight!

Opportunity –Seeing harmony in it and realising the gift of the situation

Spiritual Change and Transformation in the Now!
When life gets in a funk, what do you do? Many people are going through challenges at present. As we all know when a challenge comes, we can either drown or become a better swimmer. I’m all for growth and so it’s no surprise that I view challenge as an opportunity to outgrow the old self! As I do I become a more expanded version of myself, more harmonious, conscious and integrated. This is the vision! Here are some of my approaches for dealing with these gorgeous growing pains! Please share and feel free to add your own. Ideas are one of the few things that increase in quantity when shared ?
- I feel it. Whatever it is. I just really feel it, and allow myself to express it in words/ actions/ tears/ music etc. Once I feel it fully, ti begins to move, which is the idea. You don’t want to get stuck with an unpleasant feeling for a long time, it’s not good for your health. So number 1 feel and express however feels natural.
- I remember my core vision of life, that is;
‘Life is always working out for me!’
I view all situations that arise this way. Of course things can suck, but after feeling it a while, I also ponder it from this perspective. That leads me to number 3!
- I bring in my favourite prayer,
‘Thank you for this blessing!'
Take that, pow, you unpleasant feeling, bet you weren’t expecting that. This is a go to statement I use regularly. I find it particularly powerful in the face of atrocity ( or anything that leans this direction!)! Repeat this over and over in the face of something that you cannot see a blessing in and I guarantee you within a few days you will shift, and begin to see the blessing. Guarantee you I say- or your money back :)
- Remember if a situation/ experience doesn’t feel good, the story is not over yet! Sure why not spend a minute or 2 visualising a nice ending and then just let it go. Over time things change, become clearer and often change.
- Choose to embrace patience in your time of growth! This is a MAJOR theme. Patience, people want it now, this minute and get upset that ‘it will never happen,’ Patience dude, things are flowing perfectly quite often so give it time. So what can help with patience!? Well there is a Bach Flower remedy that can help, it’s called Impatiens- get yourself a bottle and take a few drop 5 – 10 times a day, more regularly the more intense it is! If you are having a general hissy/ stress attack get yourself some Rescue Remedy while you are at it. B Complex vitamins decrease stress, take 1-2 in the morning. Magnesium at night time also helps, as does good oils such as Udo’s oil, all available from health stores. Also remember to use your power, using your power usually starts with a choice, ‘I choose to be patient.’ Ponder what that feels like and you’ll get the ball rolling in the right direction!
- Who your main relationship in life is with? Is there a God/ Krishna/ creative power/ love that you relate to? Often there is and one forgets this power in times of challenge. Keep your central relationship centre in your life and it will help keep all in balance and give you strength.
- Use a mantra! This can help quiet the mind. You can use anything from ‘One’ to an affirmation to a sanskrit mantra. I often use,
‘Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Kirishna, Hare Hare,
Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama, Rama, Hare Hare.’
Repeat this mantra in your head and out loud. Move your awareness through the body from the crown to the feet repeating your mantra. Then go back and look for where the challenge/ emotions sit on the body. Repeat the mantra in this place and it will take you from the story back into to the present moment.
- Every day do something good for yourself and bring goodness to others. Help yourself and help someone somehow. This brings lots of good energy.
- Remember that life is made up of seasons and cycles. There is rest time, process emotion time, it’s okay to do nothing time, it’s time to get off your ass time, it’s time to put away the childish toys time, time for action, time for celebrating…!
- Remember your passion and give it some time even 10 – 15 minutes. Draw a picture with a pen and paper, make up a melody, sing a song, make something, sew something and if you don’t ‘have a passion, just do something that makes you feel good for even a few minutes. You’ll get pleasure from it and it will get you back into your authentic self and centre! Great!
- Focus on the breath for 3 breaths as often as you can. Use the stomach muscles to take three breaths. Push the muscles in and out peacefully, drawing the breath in and out. Viola!

- What do you appreciate right now!? Shift the focus. Click here for more!
- Not matter how rough tough it feels, remember this too will pass. Whatever it is, wonderful or temporary, if it's in the outer world, it will come and it will go! The question is how smooth do you wish it to be as you move through it!? All the above points will help smoothen the path.

Your hero is always present; you just got to turn your focus to see and be one with the true you!
That means no getting side tracked by addictions and aversions! I know! But it doesn’t mean that you can not enjoy things, you can! It’s really just means to not get sidetracked by being overly attached or just too scared. Trust me, it is a seriously fun, fascinating and fulfilling path and worth experiencing!
In the things you do well in life, your hero is acting through you. Keep growing these areaa and aim to expand the other areas of your life to this level too. In growth, there is expansion and in expansion there is oneness with the life force energy. Introduce the ease that you feel in one area to another!
The inner hero is peaceful, happy, courageous and strong. Sometimes the hero requires rest and rejuvenation and this is also perfect. Sometimes the hero has to find the energy to move their ass and get going, this too is perfect. The hero within you is the real you. Are you willing to allow your hero to be in each and every moment!?

We, mankind are shifting identity as we move into greater consciousness; from personalities with souls, to souls with personalities and this shift in identity makes quite a difference.
Keep a journal, record how you feel, major events and observations and get ready to watch the magic unfold. It is a commitment, and commitment is super powerful. Let’s warm up!
What you'd love to happen but is not happening is usually what you are afraid of.
In your journal, write out what you’d love to see happening in your life and project love into these ideas regularly. This will help lead the subconscious from resistance, fear and sabotage to peace, acceptance and delight!
~When you focus on what makes you feel good you naturally generate feel-good energy~
~Move your focus to a place that feels good for at least some of your day! 5 minutes here and 5 minutes there goes a very long way to creating a much more enjoyable day!

Recently I was taken back to the lovely South of France for a week where it was great to catch up with some beautiful clients offer healing sessions and even spend time with some of my lovely family :)
It is a beautiful experience and honour to witness people steping beyond the world of illusion and more deeply into their soul's calling.
One of the frequent things that was discussed in sessions was the alter.
Do you have an alter in your home?
Did you know that the alter is a place where we can get help with altering something!?
I have learned that it is beneficial to have a central point where one can light a candle, place photos, intentions, blessings and questions.
It is also a place symboliclally and otherwise that helps one centre themselves on the light, highr good, god, angels, or whatever description you give to the great power that creates and sustains the universe.
Dont' have room for an alter? That's okay. You can create one in your imgaination as beautful as you wish nad go there each morning and light the candle daily. It is equally powerful.
The lighting of the candle sets up the day ahead and the intention to be one with light, love, peace, carty, wisdom and truth.
There is great power in this and if attracted to the idea, encourage you to give it a go for 10 days or so and see how the days progress.

This concept comes from Napoleon Hill’s famous book, “Think and Grow Rich.”
Your One Major Purpose is the one thing more than any other thing you have a calling to experience. It may be something that you:
- Never told anyone about,
- Do not even believe is possible or
- May not know what it is yet.
You’ll recognize it as something that powerfully excites, frightens or moves you. The potential to fulfill this will motivate you to get out of bed in the morning and do, say and be many things that you take you towards and into its realization which will even in your imagination feel superbly fascinating and joyous!
It is helpful to have at least one clear aim or intention even if it is as wonderfully general as being happy. Feel free to change it as you like. It’s a good idea to keep this private.
Put it on a piece of paper and into your wallet. Read and enjoyably visualise daily!
When I first started working with this, my one major aim was to know what my one major aim was! We all have to start somewhere and where ever you are is the right place for you right now. It’s all good! Take a few minutes now to close your eyes, breathe deeply. Bring your awareness to your heart space and ask yourself, What is my One Major Purpose? See if a vision comes to mind or a word and write it down. One Major Purpose:
Giving up identity and being nothing for a while!
Our identity includes self-importance as much as lack of self-belief, ‘I’m useless at x,’ and I've come to observe how my moments improve greatly when I drop it and step into being nothing! My voice sounds better, I'm less scared(if I'm scared!) and freer to dance and be in the present moment.
Giving up “good” and “bad” and replacing it with oneness is part of the leap in evolution that we are experiencing and it is so wonderfully liberating.
Within cosmic oneness our consciousness can metamorphose into being everything and nothing. Indeed we are the space in which consciousness itself arises and all exists. The cosmic mind is limitless, and gratitude, compassion, love and delight are gateways to bathe in and merge with this beautiful blissful state.
Whatever we were told you were e.g. pretty, ugly, strong, weak, good writer, sexy, strange, emotional, fun... are just aspects of being and perhaps of what we have experienced. In the big picture, let's remember that we are everything and nothing on a journey of experiences and consciousness. We are limitless and have the potential to experience so many things depending upon our focus. There is no need any longer to limit oneself to an identity created from past experiences.
One’s ultimate role I feel is to observe and allow the light to be. Look around, observe the light in the now. We have got to give up focusing upon our addictions and aversions for a moment for this to occur. Just drop them to the side for a moment and see where the light actually is. It will always draw us to that which is beneficial for us. Our focus upon it will cause it to grow in our life and thus we will notice it more and more.
A favourite game
Is to take time regularly to do nothing! If you haven't in a while, please consider inviting yourself now to give this a go for 5 - 15 minutes. In the space of nothing, something will arise. We listen, observe and allow this to guide. If there is a season for nothing, it must be winter, the season of the northern hemisphere.Just look at nature. This is the season for nothing; Winter is perfect for taking it easy, slowness and deep rest and silent rejuvination. Of course there is time in every season and day for this, but especially now if you are in the northern hemisphere, it is to be honoured and enjoyed!
The state of Oneness is a state of love, but this can also be described as nothingness, which in a way means beyond the ego.
As we identify with the one love that exists within us, in all living beings, and in the space, we naturally realize our connection with everyone and everything. Magnificent joy and satisfaction arise as the distance between oneself and another evaporates!
Ultimately one is being the true self as one becomes completely open to the now and flow of spirit. In this state, there is no chasing after or running away from anything, there is no limiting ego identity dictating how one is, one simply “is.”
This “being nobody or nothing” is extremely liberating as we are no longer limited by beliefs or thoughts. However, the journey to “becoming nothing” is dependent upon a foundation of loving wholeness of self-acceptance. It has been my experience that self-love and love for life, that is the natural bestowing and receiving of love, are as essential as breathing for this state to occur. Being nothing enables what truly is,beyond the busy mind and limited beliefs of human being to arise. It invites the love and power of life to communicate with us, be us, move through us and shape us. In 2017 I have some great visions and wonderful work projects to focus on, but when I'm not working, I plan on doing nothing more! Consider taking time each day to do nothing- and see what arises over the next few days and weeks. Meditate, walk in nature in nature, draw pictures, play music and see what happens. Create this empty space where ideas can arise in the moment and be fulfilled. It is great if you have a few hours, but 3 minutes is even effective. If it is uncomfortable, be willing to feel the pain. Welcome it in. See if it has a gift or insight for you. Starting writing and see what comes to you. Breathe deeply and calmly. The soul can unknot any imbalance in the energy body this way, and bring information to your awareness. The pain is energy and with slow calm breathing it can often come back into harmony. Feel free to contact a healer, councillor, therapist if you feel you would benefit from professional support. That’s why we are here! We are here for each other :)

It’s been an emotional time meeting my birthday this year. And I understand why, I feel fucking amazing! So much focus on turning 40. The last time I remember this much emotion about a birthday was turning 30 when I had a 3 week sad lull at my age and achievements! Jeez it can be tough growing up!
As I headed towards this day the past few months I have felt an inner strength growing and my feet feeling more and more connected and supported by this beautiful planet. I feel like many parts of me are coming together, the full package is here! All the ingredients have steadily been assembled over the past 40 years and now I am fully standing here smiling, easy, likes it’s taken 40 years for an explosion to occur. I‘ve watched slowly and felt the pain of being blown apart and the beauty of coming back together again. Now I feel together, still human, still feeling emotions but together, and this is great!
The aging thing is mostly fine, but where did that time go!? Most people around me have a partner and children. I guess I would not have experienced what I have if I had.
And that is the big one I have found at this precious age. The pain of being the woman without child or partner. Of course I’ve had a partner, even a few! I also feel deep within a mother though I have no children of my own.
To be honest I felt an incredible sadness about this the day after my birthday and it surprised me. I am a happy woman, surely that is the point, if there is a point, which I’m beginning to think there is not, but if there was a point would it not be about quality of life rather than the children and partner checklist!?
To pine after what we don’t have is so not interesting. It feels not only a waste of energy but also boring and insulting to life that gifts us so much every day. Though sometimes I know it can feel so hard. I used to visit a friend who spent most of the time of our visit complaining no-one cared about them. They seemed oblivious to the fact they had someone who cared front of them. You know what I mean?
I’ve learned a lot about happiness and have worked with it on many levels the past 14 years. It led me to make my first ever real choice. 13 years ago I made a choice to be happy. I was feeling depressed, living in New Zealand at what should have been the happiest time of my life, great home, great location, great partner, basically had everything going for me…except a dark cloud! I was so busy doing what I thought were the right things to do, I had not ever stopped to ask myself really deep questions of what I personally wanted from life. And that’s where so much changed. The first choice I made back then was to be happy, how funny a well educated young woman had not realised till the depth of sadness was visited that happiness was a choice and that she had had power at the click of her fingers to make that choice! On wards it went as I moved through so many wonderfully amazing experiences while learning to navigate deep sad soul wrenching sadness! It took 5 years of intense self-work and cleansing on many levels to heal and stabalise myself in peace from that moment, though like Irish weather there were intermittent beautiful sunny spells in between thankfully. This is the standard story of most healers/artists, the shell(ego) has to crack for light to come through.
In the Chinese 5 elements we continually move through each element, all of life being composed of continuous cycles, short and long. So staying stagnant is never the way! Moving through, embracing change and however you feel is the way. Use these feelings, they have power!
To the timeless mind this way feels like an amazing journey and opportunity into wholeness.
Each of us are experiencing different aspects of the evolution of man, this is my journey.
So here I am; strong, knowing yet vulnerable, happy yet sometimes weary! Spiritual awakenings and energetic shifts can take time to integrate. It’s not a race but I‘ve learned it helps to have a purpose to each morning’s beginning. This is why I have spent years developing healing sessions, Meditation techniques and The Soul’s Goals Books to help other’s going through this shift.
Being 40 is cool. I feel like being more public with my work and sharing more openly. I welcome this and feel like there is such a magnificent path ahead. May we all find our magnificent paths regardless of money, children, partner or other outer details. May we touch and locate this true inner richness, the light, the inner spark and share it with each other, for is that not why we are here, for each other to raise ourselves and each other up? To enjoy connection with all? Time has taught me much. I have loved deeply and hurt deeply. I have journeyed in self-awareness and into the presence and realisation of Divinity and continue to. There is so much love, understanding, compassion, depth and more. I discovered the inner flame and integrated it through my entire being. Yes it’s taken a while but God is it powerful! And watch out because I’m going to use it! Remember evaluating your life on a Disney movie or someone else’s vision is bad for your health! There are no rules and we decide our own value! You are so valuable and wonderful, trust me. Do you love yourself as much as the most beautiful starry night!? Nice! We are here for each other. Let’s keep smiling and raising each other up. Xx

For months now illusions have been shattering and evaporating leaving us all feel a little shaky, lonely and needy at times.
Addictions have been presented to us, blown up in our face, and offered to us to clear if we so choose.
Greater clarity is arising when one does the work and takes responsibility for themselves and their current situation. There are more gifts than hardships, watch where the focus goes.
If it is on a hardship, you can choose to become softer, more allowing, forgiving, easier, loving. If there is someone you don't like, either focus on the light wihtin them or if that feels too much, swap them for another person who makes you feel good. each time you think switch to the person you love and see what happens. At Standing Rock the Native Americans are praying for those who oppose them. They are praying for the police, security forces, big corporations, oil companies and banks. They are praying for their families , for their hearts, that they may come back home to love, understanding and truth. As I turn my focus to love to be with all at Standing Rock, I also look to pray for and love those I have found cruel, abusive, hurtful and mean. The world is changing.
For I openheartedness is the way, not because it makes me soft and hippyish(!) but because it is the heart, and it is from the heart that the soul impulses through the body. Life is mostly an illusion guided by our personal desires for sex, food tobacco, coffee, alcohol, public notice, sugar, drugs of all sorts, power and so on. The fifth dimension is where we have graduated addiction and aversion and are becoming present in the body in love. Many come and go from this space. It is a higher level of existence. It’s like a whole new level on a computer game you never previously knew existed.
The thing that I notice in myself and others is while discipline requires consistency it also gives consistency to this space and experience. Some people have no problem eating a chocolate biscuit or smoking a joint and feeling it, but what then? Stay with addictions as long as you wish but bring in some form of daily practise too. Eventually the addiction will become uninteresting and wash itself away like a car wash self washing you wont even need to press a button. You might find yourself in the company of someone with the same addiction as you and you get to see it as not that pretty or you just decide and realise one day, this isn’t me. It's not what it is, it is the addiction to it. Step by step….
There is nothing wrong with doing/ being anything if it works for you but it stops being, recognise it. Then one might worry what is left? Please don’t let it be just a boring life! Maybe one of the greatest fears.
This is where the heart space and inner light become the centre point. What if we make this our motivation, where will we go, what will happen? Is it possible that once one stops running away from things and lets go of addictions, that there is something incredibly more interesting and enjoyable to discover? Yes.
So then, what do we do when a moment arises, where we feel pulled in some way or uncomfortable being authentic!? Dying to the moment is a favourite. If something arises where I feel uncomfortable, I choose to die to the moment, basically letting go of it and all my self-importance with it. It's like clearing the ego and seeing what is left. Quite refreshing actually! It's one of the most calming things to do and brings me back into the heart space and out of some story that is brewing. Everytime I die to the moment I feel more alive in a more enjoyable way!
This is where we are at now and it is a choice. I choose…….. your words your way this is your freedom and your power. Use it consciously and joyfully.
Daily practise be it meditation, walking, eating well or a combination of all helps provide a greater stability through these somewhat challenging times. I’m an advocate of daily meditation. I meditate every morning and night, first thing I do before I get out of bed, and last thing before I sleep; I sit up back straight cross legged and breathe for as long as is needed. If you have never done this, I implore you to experiment and start today! 3 breaths is enough to begin, then when you are ready expand it out longer, 5 minutes, 10 minutes- can change your life. What happens? Deep peace. Peace becomes one’s default state, sleep improves, calmness increases and things become clearer. Of course there can still be a challenging day, sometimes the best to do is go to bed! Even when it’s a challenge though you’ll be in a whole difference ball game and get yourself back together quicker and with greater ease. This is building true strength.
For those who have laboured on their journey of consciousness great gifts are being bestowed. Indeed great gifts are being bestowed on all, it’s just easier for the calm person to see, experience and enjoy them.
Let today be the day that we take 3 breaths for ourselves, for our families, and for all at standing rock. For all everywhere. We are united, we are One and everything everyone does affects the whole. Your 3 breaths today will move things into more peace for all. Isn’t that worth it!?
