A CLEANSE is a GREAT WAY to raise your game. I'm a big believer in cleansing and am delighted to be sharing the next cleanse on line. Am currently on a cleanse till Solstice, the 21st of December :) I am so glad i took this cleanse on. It's hard to explain the changes internally, simply put the body is lighter and i'm more peaceful, connected, happier and less reactive!
Am eating vegetables, simple brown spelt bread, vegan cheese, raw nuts and drinking lots of water, super greens and herbal tea. Following this cleanse friendly diet! I am aiming for as much organic as possible and local when I can get it. Although I used to, I am no longer consuming goats cheese. I used to and it was fine, just doesn't feel desirable anymore, as my diet has turned naturally toward vegan.
This is just a two week cleanse. I am using the Terminator Zapper as well as food grade hydrogen peroxide to help~see video for more on this.
Traditionally I take the Dr Hulda Clark parasite cleanse, but this time changed my approach as I am experimenting with using the Terminator Zapper at night time which I only rarely used at night time in the past, so far it has me waking up quite energised, i'll keep you posted!
I find it so interesting that it always looks like a phsycial cleanse, i.e. less food, only healthy food and detoxing, but on my journey it turns quite quickly into an emotional, mental and spiritual shift...for the better. A letting go and upgrade occurs and I am so grateful for this. I am feeling greater peace, energy, happiness, acceptance and connection within a week~ happy camper here!
So if you ever feel like you really want to change things for the better, I highly reccomend a cleanse. As always, check with your doctor if you are on medication, unsure etc.
Cleansing regularly, that is once to twice a year also really pays off as the benefits add up too! Of course things will happen, but ongoing self care and a 2-4 week cleanse 1-2 times a years will do you the world of good in the process. A peaceful mind is a happy mind. A healthier body is your gift to yourself and to this world. I'd rather a few challenges with light at the end that a half asleep life with no challenges, what i'm saying here is that the effort is way more than worth it. Plus we now have great support groups to help motivate. I am running a support group on facebook with Anneliese Keuglar during this cleanse, called the North South Detox, as Anneliese is in NZ and I in Ireland :) Here we hold regular live calls sharing meditation, kundalini yoga, insights into our practises, food, listneing to your sharings etc. You are welcome to join this or drop me a note if you'd like to be notified in April when we run our next joint venture.
If you are reading and thinking that you might like a cleanse sooner, I'll be conencting with an other cleanse group in Janauary, where you can purchase online your own support products, all healthy and natural of course and journey with a fellow group doing the same. The option here is for a 10 day or 40 day cleanse. Which would you rather? Remember 1 day is always better than none and 10 days definitely better than none. If you are looking for a proper boost, 10 days might work, but if you are looking for a propoer turnaround, 40 days is your gig :) Please get in contact if you'd like more info.

Dr Clark believed in simplicity. She believed that everyone could regain their health on their own. She felt a personal obligation to share her findings. She believed that the 3 herbs could rid you of over 100 types of parasites and are one of nature’s very many gifts to us.

It's an amazing, enlightening and liberating experience to undertake, even for a month.
It's a yearly project I and many others love to undertake in order to stay well and involves taking certain herbs for 5 weeks or so combined with this special diet. It is Dr Hulda Clark's parasite cleanse as sold on this website.
Basically you stop feeding all parasites, the list above is what they feed off and so stop eating these foods, though eat as much as you like of other foods ( vegetables, quinoa, brown rice, asparagus, hummus, chili, tofu, almond milk, spelt puffs, avocados...)! While doing this, one takes the herbs as recommended by Dr Hulda Clark and two amino-acids to support the liver and clear out waste.
- This cleanse really helps clear one's mind as well one's body of parasites and toxins.
- It is highly beneficial to to do a proper cleanse at least once a yearl
Do it once, do it properly and see what happens is how I like to approach this experience.
Of course the focus is not on what you can’t have, it is more on what you can have and if you are interested I can send you a document with info on foods that comply with this approach and lovely superb meal ideas! Seriously!
The last cleanse I completed was in July/August/September. I completed the cleanse with my lovely house mates ( which can really help!)
Here is some of what I wrote back then: Today marks 4 full weeks of this approach and what a wonderful journey it’s been. I feel great!!!I am utterly delighted the success of those around me who are also doing this cleanse. I used to follow the above food guideline for years when I lived in beautiful New Zealand, but let it go in the past few years. I enjoyed complete liberty with my desires, cake, wished for it? I ate it! I liked things like dark chocolate, good quality tasty cake, butter, biscuits, the odd coffee, and basically whatever I felt like I enjoyed. Luckily I’m fairly well trained into enjoying fresh salad leaves daily and am naturally drawn to beautiful healthy food. Still I enjoyed complete freedom with my food but knew also I was ready for a cleanse! I can tell you that it was a bit of a challenge at times though, especially from day 11 –13! It was lovely to observe my body cleansing itself, and my attachment to sugar dissolving!
The desire for sugar felt a lot of like the desire for food!
So stuffing Ryvita crackers in my mouth on day 11 didn't help it go away! A few longs hugs I shared with friends though did really help!
I'm now only taking the herbs once a week as a maintenance, I feel so well though that I'll stay on this food approach for the forseable future, and gradually introduce some fruit back into my diet.
