What is your number 1 thought on a daily basis?
Does it change day on day, week on week or can you identify one main concern/ dominant thought/ feeling that you’ve had a while?
What you feel and think affects your reality, the environment around you and the people close to you. Your dominant thought affects how you feel, influences your perspective of the world and even more interestingly draws your future to you!
Accepted and agreed within the field of quantum physics is that parallel realities co-exist, and that one moves between parallel realities usually completely unaware. If this is the case, which reality would you like to living in?
It was a major alarm bell moment when I first realised that I was affecting my reality with my thoughts and that I could alter my reality through choosing which thoughts to ignore and which to focus on.
In that moment, I released attachment to money, income, job, home etc. and chose to focus instead on a state of peace and happiness. At that time I had a good income etc. but not the peace and happiness so I reckoned that if I got that state of being right, then everything else would by default be good!
Affirmations play a valid part of a healing sesion expecially during the days and weeks that follow.
We start a healing session by checking in with how you are feeling.
Following this you describe the reality that feels the most delightful, or more accurately, through the feeling of delight, the visions and ideas which come to you regarding your present moment and future.
The main focus is to clear help you clear resistance and align with your conscious and desired outcomes.
The healing session then unfolds for another 2-6 weeks with changes occuring usually during this time.

Let Go : Let go of everything, especially memories that arise, Husband, ex lovers etc. It starts with making a choice. I CHOOSE TO LET GO, everything else then follows.
Trust: Everything is being taken care of and life is working out to support your highest awakening. When you see everything on your path as a gift, clarity arises. Choose to release victim/ blame/ guilt and see everything that has happened, is happening and will happen as a support from the universe for your liberation, awakening and the experiencing of a more peaceful and happy life.
Love yourself: Eventually you will have no self-importance and feel great as nothing! This is a journey though. For now you may wish to rebalance the limiting beliefs that you have been identified with.
I love myself. I like myself. I am proud of myself. I am happy with myself; are the core elements of shifting self-destruction/ disharmonious thinking back into a place of nurturing, love and reverence, as the relationship with self is a gateway to the relationship with the Divine. Though this you may also shift from seeing yourself as ago/personality to seeing yourself hte the inner self or soul. A harmonious relationship opens with yourself on every level connects you to the limitless flow of the universe.
All 3 of these are a choice. Affirm that choice daily to shift to a more harmonious vibration.
State: I choose to let go. I let go. Feel: yourself letting go!
State: I choose to trust. I trust. Feel: yourself in complete trust of the universe/ god/ krishna/ buddha...
State: I choose to love myself. I love myself! Feel: yourself loving your inner light and being.
Further attitude affirmations that may help. You will know if the affirmation is right for you, as you will feel good energy around your heart area. Note the statements that excite you and feel free to adapt/ edit them so that they feel right for you.

I love letting go of things… and trusting that everything I need will be provided for.

The big shift people are going through, some more than others is the shift from 3rd dimensional awareness to fifth dimensional awareness. One way we can describe fifth dimensional awareness is unconditional love. In 3rd dimensional awareness, there is good and bad, judgement, separation from others (I am different to them – head based thinking) and fear based thinking, It is the way we were raised but no longer the smartest way to manage one’s life and can be quite heavy and tiring.
There has been a shift in society and in ourselves. Where as head and fear based being used to be the dominant winning force, now heart based awareness is more powerful and wise.
If yo pare not tapping into and nurturing your heart space it's probably time to give this some thought! If you are, nice one, may you feel the stillness of the now and great energy and wisdom which moves through this portal.
In fifth dimensional awareness there is acceptance of all as is, neither good nor bad, simply mandalas and designs unfolding and usually quite beautifully. If a story doesn’t feel good it is simply not over and hasn’t come to completion yet. In the 5th D is the realisation of the wisdom of the heart centre and that all hearts are part of the one. We pause and listen within rather than react or speak from the patterned responses we’ve grown up familiar with (sometimes referred to as the monkey brain ☺ ).
This pause and turning within replaces the ego fly off the handle reaction, and or the strategy of trying to control or play victim, a survival tool, from our younger years which one’s awareness of now, means you have outgrown. The ego/head will release its desire for control/ manipulation, once it feels really loved. Love helps everything relax. You may expect love or even try and demand it from someone else but truly this self-love must come from oneself! Self-love heals and aligns one with the true centre. The heart soul centre.
This is a profound leap in evolution.
As we move through we tend to go backwards and forwards on this as we make the transition; head heart head heart... Nearly always love and being of service towards yourself and others is the way. Returning to this whenever things feel overwhelming or confusing brings great calm.
In fifth dimension, one is in responsibility for their now, acknowledging that anything that arises is theirs to heal and integrate. One is aware that the conditions of ‘now’ are constantly changing. Life is like a hologram and what shows up in the outer world is showcasing our internal awareness and state of being. Everything we move through is like scenery from a train ride. We do not get too caught up in any outer scenery too much, as we know it will keep changing and is always temporary. We keep more focused on the inner light, and the activities which maintain this, which is where stability comes from. This inner light is your vibration and your perception: The better one feels the higher the vibration and the higher one’s vibration the better one feels. There is one other reason why maintaining and expanding your vibration is very important; the perception of your reality is completely dependant upon it. You only need change your vibration to completely shift how you feel and experience the same situation! A higher vibration brings freedom.
