I have been offering Workplace Wellbeing Services since 2017.

Increase the confidence and ability of your team to be calmly present with what arises; from giving a presentation, to an important work deadline to a family challenge to simply enjoying a clearer mind and greater vitality. As the individual evolves so too does the organisation and business. It is wise business and creates both loyalty, greater problem solving, resilience, communication and general wellbeing which means less sick days as well as increased productivity and innovation. 

Sessions may be on an individual one off basis for a wellbeing day, team building event etc. or in modules, such as over a  6 - 12 week period.
